After recleaning my sofa myself for the last hour, I felt compelled to write this review. I hired Rey a few weeks ago to clean my sofa and added my bedroom carpet. When he came, he did the usual upsell of services. I added a carpet add-on. Then he said throw pillows were $5 ea additional, so i added that too. After the sofa dried, it looked terrible. I ended up having to msg to ask him to come back and re-clean my sofa because you could see where he cleaned it and where he missed. I sent him pics, and he apologized and said he could come back Monday am. I told him I work and couldn't do Monday am, so he offered next sat. I agreed but then decided I couldn't leave my sofa looking like this for a week, so I asked him if he could come back this same day. He said he couldn't but could come back tomorrow, so I agreed. He came back the next morning, apologized, and re cleaned it. He said I should have done the deep clean, which he did offer for an additional $100. If he had told me my couch needed the deep clean, I would have opted to do so, but when I was undecided about it he said reg cleaning would be fine and maybe next time do deep clean. I did find it odd that he did not remove any of the pillows when he cleaned the sofa like the other sofa cleaners I've used in the past. Btw, my carpet came out fine, no complaints there. Rey is a very friendly man and prompt with his response. Sofa is drying now, so fingers crossed it looks better. read more
