We bought a refurbished stove with a 100 day warranty at a very decent price. They delivered it and took our old stove away, super hassle free. After about a month our stove started having some problems. We called them back and they had no problems honoring their warranty, including working with us on a great price for a brand new replacement. Every time we have been in we have been extremely impressed by their service and the Ingrid to honor their word and their warranties. They worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. We now need to replace a washing machine and will be getting it from this shop as well! read more

My client bought a washer and dryer. His warranty expired on 08/10/24. I called yesterday 08/13/24. They said text me the receipt. They honored the warranty. They sent out a technician this morning. The technician said go to the store and pick out a different washer and dryer. They are giving him a different washer and dryer for the amount he paid for. He just has to pay the hook up for 45.00. I am so pleased with this store. I recommend this store to anyone who needs a new or used appliances. All the employees give excellent customer service. Quality Appliances have very good repairmen. I had old set from when we moved in that had their sticker with their phone number on it so I called them out twice for different reasons. usually a $100 for service call and repair and it worked well when they were finished. I bought a new set a few years ago GE and had them out to repair the dryer after I had another company in Bellflower out that couldn't find the problem and charged me $116 for the service call. So, after a couple of weeks of this banging noise the dryer was making I called Quality Appliances again and their guy was out for less than an hour and problem fixed. $140 with parts and labor but the dryer is humming along like new again. The address is incorrect it's at 9030 Alondra Blvd , and I highly recommend this place they came and picked up my washer without me ever seeing them. And I explained to the rep when I was at their location that a service guy told me I needed the main part that holds the washer drum in place and to repair it would be 400-450 I told him let's do it cause it's a 1400 washer alone and it matches my dryer. Well they said it would take a week. I get a call from Quality saying washer is done now this is 2 days later and it's 200 all I needed were springs to hold the drum in place. Honesty is the last thing people experience these days. And you can tell this shop is blessed by the mailbox full the busy phones but always great and timely service. I have no issues with these guys. Ok, well maybe a few, but nothing horrible. I found these guys via a Google search because we were desperate for a replacement dryer. Most places we visited had either new or refurbished dryers. That's great if that's what you're looking for, but it wasn't. We just wanted a used one - cheap and good. We found an old model Maytag dryer for $200. They charge 3% if you pay with plastic, so bring cash. They charged us an extra $20 to deliver and hook up the dryer and haul away the old one (me thinks they're going to fix the broken one and sell it). Well worth it, to me. The service was mediocre - they were helpful but you could tell that some of the guys would've preferred sitting on their asses and eating, as opposed to helping customers (which is what they were doing when we walked in). The guy who helped us wasn't rude, but he wasn't going above & beyond to help us. The dryer was delivered as promised but it wasn't getting hot. They ended up sending a tech out later that day (after I called them to see when they would arrive) and he fixed the dryer. It was a blown fuse. You'd think they'd do a full inspection before delivering the dryer to us so they wouldn't have to make a 2nd trip to fix the problem. Overall, I'd recommend them. Just keep your receipts. 90 day warranty on all items. read more

After reading the posted reviews, I thought I'd be fine as long as I didn't buy anything from them. I bought brand-new washer and dryer from a third party and asked these guys to install my new purchase. I could have done the job because I worked with an electrician for many years, but I called these "pros" to do the job because I was afraid of the gas line. In the end, they did a pretty shitty job. I got dryer exhaust venting to inside of the house. During installation, they recommended that I buy and use the exhaust tube that all manufacturers warned not to use. I don't know if this was an attempt to make some more money or make their job easier, but they were trying to scam me. I am waiting until the weekend to redo the vent myself. read more

I was looking for a stove that was way smaller than the standard size. I went to several different stores including big department stores and no one had what i was looking for in stock and the wait was going to be a week or more. I saw Quality Appliances ad on craigslist so i gave them a call and not only did they have what i was looking for they had it for $100 less than cheapest price i had found. I went right then and their to pick it up and have been enjoying it since. The stove i bought was brand new but i saw while in the store they sell used appliances for decent prices as well. Something i might check out in the future. The employees were nice and helpful and i really liked that it was a family run small business. I am very happy with my overall experience and. I was extremely happy with my service at Quality Appliances! I visited both locations on Alondra and Lakewood. At both stores I received excellent customer service. I told the salesmen my situation and they were able to work out a great deal on a very nice refrigerator for me. I ended up purchasing a Kitchenaid fridge from the Lakewood location for a very good deal of $425! It has the side-by-side doors with ice maker and water. We love it! Let me start off by saying Armando is a very nice person, but his appliances aren't so great. My husband & I just purchased a new home, of course we wanted new appliances, so we purchased a stainless stove & refrigerator, we were told both appliances were brand new, the stove was new but.... the refrigerator wasn't, we went into our kitchen later that night and guess what we saw? There were a couple of roaches that came from underneath, so my husband went to purchase some spray, once he sprayed underneath the refrigerator, they were running out like crazy, needless to say he placed both appliances in the back yard, until Armando's shop open up in the morning. So if you do purchase any appliances from him, just be AWARE you're not taking any critters home with you as we did. It's going to cost us money to fumigate our new house, plus more appliances after we get our money back from this place. Just be careful. read more

All my dealings has been with the Alondra location, i couldnt find them on Yelp so im leaving my tebiew here. This place is wonderful, they have plenty of new & used appliances from white, black, stainless steel, apartment sized, family sized. If its not on site they can get it. Same day delivery, hook it up and take away the old one. I have lived in this area since 1993 and have been doing business with them for about 10 years now as my old appliances have died out ive been replacing them with appliances from Quality. The staff are very nice in store & when they come out to your home. The prices cant be beat. I searched all over when my washer went out & couldnt find a supersized toploader anywhere ie Sears Kmart etc, because i dont like these H.E. washers at all. A friend of mine that lives in Bellflower recommended them, I didnt even think of going to an independent spot, that was my first experience with them. Everything right there and same day delivery. Since then ive replaced a dryer and just resently a fridge. I will continue to use and recommend them to everyone. read more

Buy a new to me washer and dryer on Friday. They deliver on Saturday. They both come with a 90 day warranty. Sunday washer motor dies. I was in the area so I go into the store on Monday to have them come look at it. They say will call you in an hour. It is now 10:15 am. I call them at 12:45 pm - get the voicemail - leave a message. 2:15 call again - voicemail. 3:30 call again - am told the repair guy is gonna be here between 4 & 5:30. Repair guy gets here about 4:30. Turns out the motor was fine. There was something stuck in the machine. Yay they fixed it - 3 stars. I give them 1 star for not thoroughly going through the machine before they sold it. read more

They have multiple listings for a refrigerator with bottom freezer for $195; when I went in, they told me that model would be $450+. I drove all the way across town in rush hour traffic for this. Don't call them! We called to have a stove repaired, they left us waiting for 3 hours and never showed up. When we called them, they said "OH ya, we will come tomorrow". Tech who showed up spent the whole time on the phone. We had made arrangements for payment through the owner of the home. They demanded payment on the spot and walked off the job when the landlord asked them to bill her or stop by her home for a check. Go elsewhere...you have been warned. Just bought a washer and dryer from Armando at this place. They actually have an extension shop on alondra blvd that we came upon while we were looking for the address on Lakewood blvd. Armando was nice, knowledgable, and I feel that we got a decent deal. We traded in our washer & dryer so got a bit of a trade in deal. They delivered next day, were professional, and hooked everything up. I do agree with another post, that it seems they might advertise on craigslist certain items or prices that is not actually the case, but we were happy with what we ended up getting so I guess I forgot the reason we went there in the 1st place. I purchased a used washer,because my current washer was going to cost to much to repair. Purchased on Monday June 29, they delivered June 30,2015. They called to give me a 4 hour window of when they would deliver and that did occur. My washer started vibrating violently during rinse cycle the same evening I started using it. I called July 1st in the morning they gave me a 4 hour am repair window, they were there within that time frame. It was a simple little plastic piece that was the problem. The repair man was polite, and said if any other problems don't hesitate to call.My overall experience with this business was good. I went to the Lakewood Blvd location and Arturo was very helpful in assisting with what I was looking for at a good price. My brother recommended the place to me,he purchased a dryer, He also had a good experience. He did have to call them out for a repair before 90 days,it was only a fuse. Walked in and I saw a woman at the front seat (assuming she's the sales person) so one helped me for about 20 minutes . Started opening refrigerator doors to try and get someone attention . Woman talked on her phone the whole time . Finally a man fixing a refrigerator came to help me with my purchase . Name was Manuel, once I was ready to make a purchase the lady wants to write my receipt. Think she wrote my name wrong cause her hand writing is TERRIBLE . Delivery was great and on time. Armando said that the set he had for me was not a gas dryer as he thought. OK, so I had him send me the best set he could for me and deliver it. The delivery guys show up with a beat down washer and dryer. They hook it all up and the dryer does not work. The guy scrambles to get it working. He borrowed all my tools and started tearing it apart in my living room. Note: I took an hour off work to meet these guys so they could install the washer and dryer. Armando said they would be in perfect working condition. They were not. I had them sent back as I had to go back to work. I called back today and this guy wants nothing to do with me. I purchase a refrigerator, washer, and dryer from them a year ago. The initial experience was nice as Armando is a very nice person, and delivery went well. My low review come from the reliability of all three appliances. Within 8 month of purchase my washer had a broken switch (allows it to work when door is closed) and would not work and the agitator dogs and assembly were worn out and the bolt to remove the assembly and service it was so rusty that I had to purchase a bolt extractor. The dryer had a door switch that broke. Then finally the refrigerator rattled too much and was missing some screws. I was able to fix all of these problems myself as I am mechanically inclined, however I find it unacceptable that this business did not do an inspection before selling me these appliances. There was quite a bit of rust in the bottom on my washer and dryer. I highly recommend to buy from a private seller as you'll save money and the quality will most likely be better if you do a simple inspection, which I did not do since I trusted Armando. I cannot recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. read more

So my mother ANA, has been a loyal customer of this place for a very long time! She has bought... (and exchanged) so many washers LOL she's very picky. She has also bought a fridge here n there. I just recently put a SAMSUNG fridge model RF263 Series on hold for $100 and will be paying the rest ($450) on FEB 1st when we move in. I can definitely say I am very satisfied with what I got, few dents n scratches is nothing compared to paying RETAIL price for one of these bad boys. Though I have not yet seen how great or awful d fridge I'm getting works I'm going off of the appliances my mother has purchased n I can tell you I'll be a loyal customer myself. OH they speak both English and Spanish, also I didn't fell at all pressured to buy anything if I did not want to and Alex the sales rep actually helped me look for what I needed asked me the measurements and everything even went as far as checking their other location rather than going down there and wasting fuel.
