Short, sweet and to the point review... we just moved to town and wanted a simple pepperoni pizza. WARNING: CASH ONLY! We walked in, placed our order, ran to an ATM, and picked up a piping hot pepperoni pie 15 minutes later. Now, for something as simple as a pepperoni pie, you'd think there's not much to say, but honestly, this was one of the best pepperoni pizzas I've had outside of NYC. Nice thin crust. Perfect sauce: not too tangy, not too watery, just perfect. Just the right amount of cheese and pepperoni. Cooked to perfection. It's really odd to get so exciting by such a simple food, but Brothers has the secret recipe and most of it is in the sauce. We'll be regulars, for sure. read more

I am trying to find the words to write for this review because we drove from Cleveland for an errand and decided to grab a pie to take back. It sat in the car til we got home so my opinion is a bit skewed. Reheated in the air fryer and it was good but I think next time, we'll eat there. Brothers has been around for a long time. Their pizza is very good, I love the crust, it's authentic Italian. The Sandwiches (Calzones and Stromboli) are the best in the area. The eating area very nice also. The place is packed around lunch time and usually busy the rest of the time too. My only qualm is that it's cash only which is not a problem. We should all be using cash before "they"get rid of it. I recommend this restaurant! read more

The service was fine, we got Stromboli to go. It was pretty greasy, that I can get past. The actually taste was alright too, not the best, but not bad either. Just that I always order from the Brothers in champion and they were closed Sunday when we tried to order, so I figured it would be the same quality here. I was wrong, first the portion here was nothing compared to the other. When I get a medium at the other one, it takes me two meals at least to eat it all. This one was just a meal, if that. Secondly the taste it self, like I said it wasn't bad, but I would pass on It the next time if the champion location isn't open! Had to move to area from NY for about a month or so. My landlord suggested I check out brothers pizza for a "NY Slice". I gotta say, theirs is the best slice I've had out here! I got a pepperoni pie, it was a little greasy, but it's expected with that topping. I will be going again before I drive back home for sure. Very nice owner with some cool jerseys hung up on the wall. Unfortunately I couldn't sit and chat longer due to COVID restrictions but I'm sure it's also a great spot to sit and eat at too. read more

Best sandwich bread ever! Great family owned restaurant, it's always on my list of places to visit when I home.

They may have good food, but I can only base my review on the two times I've ordered their food. The first was a tuna sub. Between the bread being toasted so much it made it rock hard, and the massive amount of "seasoning" that was put on the top, really made for an unappetizing meal. To put it bluntly, it was the worst thing I've ever eaten. In an attempt to forget the dismal first experience, we decided to try one more time and order a pizza. A white pizza to be exact. I mean, how hard is that to screw up?? Boy, was I wrong. Clearly it is very easy. The description of said "white pizza" and what you get are actually two very different things. First, they need to change the name to "garlic pizza" because that is the only thing on this "white pizza". There is so much garlic on this pizza, it is literally inedible. If you enjoy biting into globs of raw garlic, this is the pizza for you!! When we called to complain the "delightful" woman who took our call simply stated "that's the way we make it" and offered nothing to make it right. We had to throw the whole pizza away. There is such a thing as over-seasoning food, and Brothers nails it every time. read more

I grew up in Cortland and, whenever I visit, I try to make it to Brothers Pizza for their classic white pizza. The spicy, garlic-y gloriousness is one of my favourite memories and sometimes I wonder if my nostalgia is over-hyping it. However, just made it back again last week and the pizza may have actually been BETTER than I remembered. I've had some amazing pizzas in the last 30 years, but the Brothers white pizza with mushrooms is still near the top. I really need someone to invent teleportation already so I don't have up drive 500 miles for all those delicious calories. Alas. read more

Had a large Neapolitan pizza with pepperoni and green peppers and it was excellent! The toppings and sauce were great and the crust was delicious and crunchy. I'll be stopping back in to Brother's Pizza for this every time I come to Cortland. read more

I struggle with 3 or 4 on this review.. I would give them a 3.5 in my book.. a little better than A-ok but I dont think I would say I am a fan. Ordered delivery (the only place who delivers near me) and 2 hours later i recieved cold soggy food and a attitude when i asked for some kind of discount from a disrespectful teenage driver who put me on the phone with the very rude and uncaring owner who said they don't give discounts the food was fine to eat. What nerve and after 40 dollars wasted my dog was the only one who would attempt to eat the falling apart soggy sandwiches. I learned my lesson if you want good food hot and fresh don't order delivery from here if you do expect to be very dissapointed! read more
