So I went to a family members house and they ordered some wings and salads prior to me getting there and me just being greedy I asked if I can taste ... lol and oh my the Wings were sooooooo good !!! Haven't written a new review in 6 years, time just flys by.This is our go to place for subs, pizza, roll ups, salad etc. Always cheerfully greeted upon walking in, booths on one side, tables on the other side. You might have to wait for a seat 5 min but things go pretty quickly. They do a tremendous carrying out business. Few tables outside with full service. The waitstaff are always very friendly and offer you great service. We ordered a small Caesar salad, big enough for 2 to share, dressing on it is delicious. Along with it we ordered a medium House Delux cooked well done, it was cooked perfect to our liking. Just delish and we had leftovers for breakfast. Prices are reasonable for what they give you, and that is your monies worth!! Favorite place with the locals! Give them a try, you are missing the boat if you don't, you have been warned!! Humm, Pizza Joint had a 3 hour wait (that good!) and we were hungry and didn't want to wait. We looked online and the reviews looked good for Brother's so gonna give it a try. Called in and placed the order. I asked for Italian sausage, thin crust. The girl taking the order hesitated for a sec. I told her, like the picture on their website, the BIG chunks. She put me on hold for a sec, came back and said okay. Picked up the pizza, see attached photo of their website showing Italian sausage, and what we got. One big greasy mess. Had to eat it with a fork. We would have taken it back if didn't drive so far and not hungry. We threw half of it out. Silly me, thinking it would look like the picture (not). I was just coming back on Yelp to get Brothers phone number to order delivery when I saw a couple of bad reviews. I just had to finally write mine and I'm sorry it took me so long. First, we moved to Crystal River in February and we've come to Brothers about once or twice a month since then. We've mostly had pizza and garlic knots, but the soups have been amazing also and that's not something you hear from pizza joints very often! Last time I tried a sandwich and was very pleased - great bread and lots of sauce so that was fantastic as well! The pizza crust is always crunchy, maybe not as much when it's delivered but I would much rather it be a real authentic crust than a cardboard crust that stays hard for hours BECAUSE it tastes like cardboard and has the consistency of cardboard. If that's what people are complaining about - then go order Dominos! As for cheddar cheese - Yelp reviews are for quality. Not for you to trash the company because they have a cheese you don't particularly like...just write that they HAVE that in your review so others know and can request to delete it if they so choose - but why give one star because YOU don't like cheddar cheese on pizza?? Was the staff courteous? Was the restaurant clean? Fast delivery or plenty of places to park? These are reasons to mark a lower score - but their recipe??? That's just mean. We have been going to Brother's every week for 11 years. Food is wonderful and the staff is great, with one exception. An employee, Ed, was incredibly rude to us recently. My first extremely positive impression of the restaurant came when we walked in the door to find only one table large enough to seat our group of seven, and it was occupied. Without anyone saying a word the group of four at the table hopped up and offered it to us. Everyone from staff to the clientele were extremely friendly and loved to chat. The pizza was delicious too. The crust was a perfect chewy crust with an excellent sauce. Quantity wise you will not be disappointed. My in-laws ordered a small plus a salad for the two of them and had leftovers. The medium (easily a large elsewhere) we ordered would easily be a large elsewhere. The salad and medium pizza we ordered fed us, our 4 year old, and our 2 year old with plenty of pizza left over to send home with my wife's parents. Since my wife's parents now live nearby I expect we will be dropping in at Brother's for more delicious pizza and friendly people whenever we come to visit. read more

What a disappointment! Every time I order a grinder they are the worst! I don't know why I tried again. The veal parm had one little slice of veal on the grinder. Plus the veal was burnt to a crisp! Waste of Money! ....Greasy noodles, canned sauce, Meatballs & Sausage were Sysco items. Nothing homemade or fresh. Food was cold and served with day old over garlicky breadsticks. Service was so-so, they started cleaning around us and trying to shut down early. If you're from the East-coast you'll think this place is a joke. Not only is there pizza in my opinion the best in Citrus county, the staff is absolutely amazing. My husband is awaiting neck surgery and while we were there he experienced a slight dizzy spell so we went to sit down outside, the staff told us they when our order was ready they would bring it to us but they also then brought us out drinks and checked on him.
