I've heard good things about this place and decided to try it today. I ordered the lasagna which came with a huge bowl of soup which was delicious. The lasagna was very good not the best I've ever had but very tasty and the large portion is large. I'll have lunch tomorrow with it I also ordered the Alfredo chicken pizza just because I wanted to taste it. It was very tasty as well. The garlic toast was average but overall this was a good dining experience. They probably didn't need to have the air conditioning going since it was fairly chilly outsideand it cooled down the food pretty fast. But I'll definitely try this place again. read more

The last two times I have gone there the pizza has not been cooked long enough and the crust is not crunchy. We used to go often and it was always amazing. They are either using old dough or not baking it long or hot enough. I got a meatball sandwich that was great though(It's the pizza that matters though). Brothers pizza saved the day when I needed a bunch of food for a party I was suddenly hosting. Everyone enjoyed themselves a lot!

The food here is phenomenal and tastes authentic; the pizza is exceptionally flavored, the salads are fresh, and the bread and whipped butter is mouth-watering --my main complaints? 1.) The fact that a majority of businesses are open for dine-in, but this one isn't and hasn't been since the pandemic began. I've been dropping in and out occasionally in efforts to not only order food, but also to see if by any chance, their dine-in is open yet. Here's my question for the business that MANY customers want to know: WHY ISN'T YOUR DINING ROOM OPEN YET?! If it's going to stay as a pick-up location until the world ends, why not just change it to drive-thru? I can imagine that employees would rather keep it closed so they don't have the hassle of cleaning, but originally, it was a restaurant where families loved coming to visit and sit down in. It's a true gem in Rialto, so please, please consider re-opening the seating area. 2.) The prices here can be seriously outrageous; their specials aren't really all that because the portion size is a joke; I can get more food at Dominos at a quicker rate for the same price, but naturally, I'm attempting to support a local, small business. With lack of seating and overpriced items, it makes me less likely to do that. 3.) The customer service is mediocre at best; the staff isn't friendly but they aren't mean either --they're just kind of indifferent, which is a bust because it didn't used to be this way. There was a timeframe in which this business was booming and so was its customer service. Louie is the only employee here that I have encountered who obtains great customer service, so I'm giving a notable "Thank you" to him. So upset, my sister called in just to see if we needed reservations or what we can do as we are a group of 25-30 people, what our best options were to dine in!!! Women on the phone SO RUDE!!! saying "No, I don't have space for 30 people my bathrooms aren't even open!!" My family are huge fans of Alfredo's Pizza in San Bernardino. The homestyle bread, salad, lasagna and pizza are one-of-a-kind! With that being said, I saw Brother's Pizza on a 'Inland Empire Explorer' episode, hosted by Joel Greene. The food options reminded me of Alfredo's and I was determined to come visit to see if it could compare. It is located in Rialto, off of Foothill/Riverside and there is a few parking spots in the front, but there's also parking in the back. Initially, I was confused on where to sign-in because it was a busy Friday evening with a lot of families sitting down and several folks awaiting to-go orders. After a 15-20 minute wait, we were seated and had used the wait time to decide what we wished to order-- we were starving! I opted for the dinner portion Brothers Trio, my wife and eldest son ordered the dinner portion Lasagna, with a small pepperoni pizza. This came with the homestyle bread, small salad, and garlic bread. In comparison, the homestyle bread is not as flavorful as Alfredo's and I would've opted for Ranch instead of Italian on my salad. However, when the food arrived, we were incredibly pleased. It had a rich taste and was extremely filling! I deducted a point because of the Italian sauce and the family weren't too happy with the Ranch sauce either. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend this restaurant to you and your family if you're looking for some delicious Italian food.
