Leslie had great customer service (which is unheard of most days anymore). The wait wasn't as bad as it looked from the outside. It's huge so share! They will cut it in half for you. Offer you samples. Lots and lots. Got a tortilla on the side. So good. El Tori to grill days. It is very crowded and not a lot of seating but easy to take to go!

Alondra and Leslie prepared and served us our delicious burritos (steak sirloin and Birria), Birria bowl, and our humongous nachos with steak sirloin). The lines were out the door and with no one leaving it either. That's how good the food is here. It was a bit tight inside but it was because there were so many customers coming in and exiting the restaurant. The food portions are huge so bring your appetite!

This place first popped up on my radar when it was described as a 'more authentic' version of popular chain where you get to order Mexican food in a conveyer, fast casual type of way. And for the record, I am a fan of the referenced chain, but I am also a fan of authenticity, so I knew I had to come here at some point. I stopped by off the freeway while returning from a trip up to Big Bear and this place is conveniently located not too far away from the exit. As soon as I walked up, it definitely had the same vibe and feeling where you get in line and you wait to order your main and which form you want it in. The service here is very friendly. I thought I'd beat the dinner crowd by a little bit, but it was already pretty packed. I ordered the Steak Arrachera in the form of a bowl. I added my usual toppings that I do at the other place so it's pretty similar. I do have to say the steak was delicious. If anything, the food is little more well seasoned here. I'm a fan! It's also very reasonably priced compared to other similar places these days There's plenty of parking in the lot, but this place is pretty high traffic with the amount of retail stores and other restaurants in the area

OMG this spot is the business. From the time I went inside I was amazed at how well managed it was with so many workers at one time. All the food is prepared fresh in front of you. The service was super Duper. Inside and outside seating available, it was a very calming atmosphere with so much variety to enjoy. I would recommend it to everyone who likes Mexican cuisine. You will not regret it. One burrito will feed you and the family, my sister took hers home and feed her husband and still had enough for nachos after. Prices are reasonable.

Baqba Mexican Grill in Rialto has been super hyped lately so I had to check it out for myself. The place was packed, but the line moved surprisingly fast. Service was good the whole way through and the staff kept everything moving without making you feel rushed. Inside was clean and it was cool seeing all the meats on display while they built everything fresh in front of you. Flavor wise, I wouldn't say it was S-tier Mexican food, but the portions absolutely made up for it. The burrito was huge, the tortillas tasted fresh, and they definitely do not skimp on the meat. Overall, a solid spot if you're hungry and want good value with quick service.

The hype is true. All of it. Line is long. Food is amazing. Employees are kind and patient, as if the line isn't the DMV. The two employees I want to shout out are Jacob and Lesly. They had the patience of a catholic nun, and Jacob did a great job making my burrito, and Lesly was uniquely pleasant with us when she checked us out. There's very little room inside the place, unless you don't mind being sardines next to the packed line while you eat and the AC blowing on you. The portions of meat are what everyone wishes chipotle does. It's almost too much, and that's a great problem. We ate it at home and all the food was amazing. All the salsas were good and had flavor that added to an already delicious burrito and bowl we ordered. Just go there and order anything. There's no bad choice. Even some of my company that were vegan enjoyed their food better than chipotle. Just go eat here and see for yourself already.

This was first time here after all the hype. In my opinion, I didn't find it all that great. This my opinion, and only based off my service and my food. The entire experience was MEH! The service was ok. They rush you a bit but I can understand why because they stay busy. The tortilla was heated fresh but the service station needed refilled and that may have been why my food wasn't as good as most. The ladies were calling for refills of items but it wasn't coming out. I ordered a salad bowl with steak, black beans, corn, cucumber, cheese, avocado salsa and another salsa, pico, and sour cream. There were hardly any black beans left so it was watery. They put the lettuce in first with hot meat and beans on top which is normally ok, but by the time they get to the 2nd station, it's been sitting for a while and that may have also played a part in the taste. The bowl tasted soggy and the steak was too salty for me. The entire bowl just tasted salty. The meat being salty may be a preference thing but the bow was still underwhelming. The ambiance is bold and casual. There's not a lot of searing inside or outside so if you have a large group you may want to consider getting it to go. Even though I rated this experience a 3 I'm going to give it another try. It could've just been a bad day for them and this place is always busy.

Excellent flavor, huge portions, friendly workers. I could've done without the hair in my salsa cup. Thought that was pretty gross. 5 stars if it wasn't for the hair. The customers before me also took my order so I had to remake the burrito bowl. It confused the workers and it became a whole thing. Kind of annoying.

I did not expect this place to be this delicious! Fresh flour tortillas made to order. They have melted cheese options. They also sell tacos and bowls. The tacos are pricy. The burrito on the other hand is so big its shareable. Two skinny people can literally cut in in half but if you're a big back or love burritos this is the spot! I got arrachera burrito with melted cheese, rice and pinto beans Lettuce Sour cream Pico Cilantro crema And salsas on the side Guac on the side Guac small is 1.99 and 1$ for melted cheese. The rachera is also the prociest meat on the menu at 14.50 but we'll worth it. Will definitely come back and try their other meat options and menu variety. I'd come back alone for the tortillas. Well done! Disclaimer: peak wait times around 12pm lunch hour rush. Inside is super small. (They need a bigger location) located in the plaza with plenty of parking. Service was excellent. They do have a rewards system to add points and receive discounts (like most places) They accept cash, tap, card etc. They have chips and guac like Chipotle but their rice tastes like Cafe Rio in Redlands. Optional tipping. They have a few sitting tables available right outside. They do not have aguas frescas.

First off, I don't even know how anyone who lives in this area could step foot in a chipotle after eating here. The meat is so flavorful and packed with the best ingredients. They aren't stingy on the portions at all. This a to go order that I didn't pick up so I couldn't give pics of what the inside was like. We need more throughout the high desert area. Fire!

Finally tried Baqba Safe to say I'll be going back to Baqba in 30 business days once I finish this burrito Staff was so nice! Super patient with us since we had never been there before, place was super clean, a little tight space, they deserve a big spot for sure but ma, no complaints! 10/10

i'm not even mexican but suddenly i wanna kiss every single one of my mexican friends and thank them for their contributions to the world. to the owners.... yall need a daughter-in-law--? i've never seen a burrito under $15. That's literally BIGGER THAN MY FACE. HELLO?????!? I fear that chipotle has been obliterated from the planet... BAQBA has replaced it indefinitely in my heart THERES NO GOIN BACK NOW. The way they slapped on the meat onto bread that THEY MAKE IN FRONT OF YOU... LIKE RAW DOUGH AND THEN THEY MAKE UR TORTILLA??????! also the meat is so tender seasoned to perfection i tried the pastor, chicken, and steak asada UGH OH MY GOD. and the GUAC... they do NOT skimp. istg i got breakfast, lunch, dinner, AND midnight snack from that one burrito alone. the bowls are just as loaded holy moly guacamole... yes that pun was intended. also the WORKERS ARE SO KIND there's always a smile on their face no matter how busy (the line was literally out the door)

My husband initially brought Baqba leftovers home one day, and I was surprised at how good the carne asada was, considering it had been sitting in the container for several hours. I was excited when we got to try it recently after a long day at work. We sat outside despite the cold weather because the place had a huge line, and although there was room to sit, it felt very crowded. This time I had the birria, and it did not disappoint. The reason for the lack of photos is that we absolutely devoured the food. The al pastor pork was also insane, and overall, everything was delicious. The price is hefty, but it's worth the amount of food you get! I would say we arrived around 9 PM, and some of the toppings were looking a little dated. For instance, the corn was quite unappetizing, and I didn't like that they used a yellow onion instead of the traditional white onion. This is the reason for the docked star. We will definitely be back, mainly because Miguel, whom I assume would be in charge, was absolutely delightful and came around multiple times to ask how we were and if we were enjoying our experience. Definitely worth trying it out! It gives Chipotle a run for its money.

When I arrived, I was a little confused about where to order since there's a window outside and also a small seating area inside where you can order as well. It wasn't a big deal, just a little unclear at first. I'll admit, my first reaction was to question the price. At $23, the burrito definitely isn't cheap. But once I got home and opened it up, I quickly understood why. This thing is massive, seriously like the size of a newborn baby! The burrito is absolutely loaded with all the goodness you'd expect: carne asada, chili relleno, and rice. Definitely a burrito you could easily share. My only real complaint is that they only gave me two small containers of hot sauce, which didn't feel like enough considering the size of the burrito and that it also comes with chips. Other than that, the food was delicious and the portion size is no joke. If you're a fan of big, flavorful burritos, this is definitely a must-try spot!

I was…read morehopeful the enchiladas were similar to my mom's that passed away 9 yrs ago and was from Michoacán but once they added the hot salsa juice on top of the cabbage it made them more like crunchy quesadillas that got soggy, not at all an enchilada but decent flavor. The chicken that came with it was indeed bomb. Menu doesn't come with prices and the dishes are overpriced considering the food was not what expected. One enchilada plate, wet burrito, one kids plate , one beer and one orchata was $75, we added tip to that. My husband said his wet burrito was okay but since it was just okay and it was $25 not worth getting since it's just a burrito. They give you salsa ins containers smaller than the ranch containers to go and it makes it hard to eat chips and salsa off of them. The salsas for the chips are more for tacos than to dip in. Some ones else's fish tacos looked good and I thought I'd give them a try next time since this place is in my hometown but all in all I don't plan to come back in the near future because of how long it took to get our food at the end. I was worn out from waiting for my food with my restless toddler. ***I recommend not adding that steaming hot sauces to the enchiladas that turn them to shredded quesadillas and faster service.
