The quality of food and service here hasn't gone downhill, it has swan-dived off a cliff into a flaming dumpster. Subs are inedible because the soggy buns fall apart due to how overdressed they are. They look full but it's mostly garnish and not nearly enough meat. You're basically eating a soggy salad in a bun. I can't tell you how many times we ordered food and the side was wrong or missing. You can get frozen pizzas better than what they put out. I don't trust their salads any more due to finding bugs in them which is proof that they don't wash anything first. Staff are loud and EXTREMELY RUDE. If I were starving on an island and someone offered me food from Brothers Pizzeria, I'd eat a mouthful of sand instead. read more

This is the best pizza in the area. Today I branched out and got an Italian sub. It was completely unlike what I consider my perfect, preferred sub. The bread was made from pizza dough, which I normally hate. But because Brothers' dough is so good, I enjoyed the roll. It was fresh, crusty, and light. The meats were sliced thicker than I normally like and laid flat, but they were high quality and tasted good. The oil and balsamic vinegar were on the side. I normally prefer red wine vinegar. The lettuce was chunks of romaine. I normally prefer thinly sliced iceberg. Even though it was none of my preferences, this was a damned good sub. Service was efficient and good. No issues, no problems. I love this place. read more

New staff the order taker is very b*tchy and the staff just sits there and talks bad about you. First time there will never return. She saw us staring at the lunch menu to see what the menu was like and the prices so i asked what it was and she said 2.50 in a very snobby and stuck up tone thinking we were trying to order the lunch special she caught a attitude and starting talking bad right in front so i said never mind to it all because they were all staring at me like i was not supposed to be there keep in mind no greeting at all. Do Not Eat Here!!! I ordered a shrimp salad today and to my surprise I found a bug in it. After calling the owner over to my table to discreetly show him what I found he got upset n said it came like that from The manufacturer, he then said he would make me another one I declined and just asked for my money back I was already feeling sick at this point. He then had the nerve to say u already ate half the salad u could of just taken the bug out the salad,"don't u have bees at your house" like wow that is no way to speak to a customer. First time here and I ordered a cheesesteak all the way, order of fries and a fountain drink. Food came in a few minutes and it was hot, fresh and delicious ! I was reading the other comments and can't believe that they are not good ! Aside from the pizza they have sitting behind the glass counter which looks good but a bit cold, the items that you order are made fresh ! I have been here a few times and while the food is not great is was always decent. We ordered a pizza an a sub for delivery. The person on the phone was somewhat rude but I can live with that. It took an hour and a half for delivery, again it was Saturday so I could live with that too. The food was terrible. First the pizza was cold, the peppers were from a jar, not fresh, the pineapples had no flavor at all. The sauce was almost nonexistent, but it may have been better if there were none because it tasted terrible. The bread on the sub was soggy so much so that it was falling apart. So we won't be going back here anymore. There are plenty of other places in the area with much better food. read more

Im not sure why so many negative comments. I walked in this place and its like Superhero heaven. The inside is just awesome. You have to go in to see what I mean. Movie props, TV props..just awesome. One of the nicest pizza places I've ever seen. I ordered the Fried Chicken sub, Lava fries, Chicken Parm sub. Food was all really good. Tasted fresh and sub rolls are tasty. Lava fries are delicious!! If you're in the area, stop in this place. You won't regret it. I saw alot of reviews complaining the employees are rude. They seemed fine to me and it was busy. I don't care about attitude if your food is good. I will definitely be back to try the pizza and a crab boli... Side note: employees wore gloves and it was clean. Unfortunately we were unable to sample the food when we visited earlier today, February 19th, 2018. The owner was gravley insulted after I privately commented on the inappropriateness of the programming on the television. He refused to serve us food because he felt that I had insulted his beloved Justice League. I find it interesting that other reviews have commented on the family friendly atmosphere at this establishment. While I didn't find anything offensive about the decor, the programming included a good amount of violence and firearm usage. Took my son here for a pizza date on a Sunday night. The pizza was ok...nothing to write home about. But I suspect if you are eating in, you're going for the decor. It is, in my son's words, a "nerd's paradise." It's high praise from him. This place has some pretty cool movie memorabilia, leaning towards comic and sci-fi. We've had issues with them at my job before but after today I'm done. I ordered the Alfredo meal which brings a salad and breadsticks. Ate some of the pasta on lunch, saved the salad for later. After a few hours I went & opened my salad (First time I even took it out the bag meaning also the first time I opened the bowl) after a few bites I notice what I think is pieces of pepper. Well after a closer look I noticed legs & realized it was not 1 but 2 bugs! Even asked my coworker to verify & sure enough she pointed out the legs. A co-worker had tipped me off about gluten-free stromboli on the menu. As my girlfriend is G-free, she was anticipating a facsimile of something she hadn't had in years. The location is nice and tucked-away (just off the Yocumtown exit of I-83), and the interior decor is basically two long walls with thousands of dollars' worth of comic memorabilia. The business logo even employs the likeness of Deadpool, though I doubt they cleared it with the Marvel honchos. In any case, the order setup is a bit backwards, but the guy we talked to was friendly enough. A bit hard to get away from the noise of any of the multiple TVs hanging from the ceiling and mounted to the walls (the one directly next to us was playing "Avengers: Endgame"), and a single father and his whining son ruined the last half of our meal. (The downside of making a place this kid-friendly - complete with cash-wasting "grabber" games near the front door.) The food itself was...okay. The fries were from a bag, but crispy and tasty all the same. The custom flatbread pepperoni was actually more of a French-bread variant - it was fine, if not mind-blowing (as I told my girlfriend prior to arrival, "even bad pizza isn't *that* bad"). But the gluten-free "stromboli" seemed a bit deceptive - if anything, it bore more resemblance to a quesadilla or sandwich. She was content enough with the filling, but disappointed with the execution. Unlikely to return, especially with places like Nikoli's and JoJo's closer by. read more

I try not to write negative reviews that often, but had to share my disappointment from today. I walked in to a line of three people in front of me, and after waiting for 15 minutes the three employees behind the counter still had not acknowledged anyone in line. Seems like they were more worried about taking the phone orders than the customers in the store. I have eaten at several brothers pizza's in the area for years, and this seems to be the newest location, and sadly the worst customer service I have seen. Food is usually relatively good when I eat at a brothers Pizza how ever I wasn't thrilled with my meal today. Ordered egg plant parm sub and it was definitely not top of the line. Super soggy the roll seemed fresh but everything was so soggy that I was pretty disappointed. Should probably try baking the sub in the oven for a little after adding eggplant cheese and sauce will make it more crispy and less soggy. read more

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I absolutely would! Let's just start by saying the pizzas weren't cooked all the way (not a huge deal, nothing an oven can't fix). But where the real problem lies is once I got home and opened the box there was hair on the pizza. I called back the OWNER/MANAGER of the company answered the phone. I told him my concerns/problems and he was as rude as can be. Told me I was lying and refused to remake or give me my money back. Worst customer service I ever experienced in my WHOLE entire life. The four stars are in relation to other small pizza places in the area. It's above average. I agree, it's a friendly staff, and they will take special orders. The pizza offered plenty of cheese and grease (hey, that's how many of us like it), with a good, authentic New York texture and bite, Boils are big. Meats are fresh. Comparable quality to other pizza joints nearby, but better service, in my opinion. Staff is friendly and usually pretty efficient in taking orders and getting the food to ya. We get take out from here all the time, as it is quickly becoming our go-to pizza and sub place. The seating isn't the most ideal, but is great for take-out. Also, a great place to get some lunch (usually have some sort of daily special). Cheesetake Subs are great with a little mayo. read more

I was a really big fan of brothers and was ordering about once a week. That was until I got a gross soggy spicy chicken cheesteak one weekend and the next weekend as I was eating my pizza, I kept saying it smelled funky. My bf said he thought it was the box. Wow... just crappy all around honestly. Actually ate at Brother's a number of times and spoke highly about it, but now, it's reached a low I didn't think possible. Received a pizza with GAUZE in it, and we called the shop about it. While they attempted to deliver a new one, the tone on the other end was not pleasant. I mean I understand I wouldn't want to hear that kind of news from a customer, but c'mon man I ordered a pizza from you and last I checked gauze wasn't a desirable topping that I ordered... I have a right to be upset. Anyway, words became heated, and the owner literally said (to a FEMALE CUSTOMER), "Bring the pizza back to my shop and I'll slap you!" I mean what kind of respectful man says that to a woman, no matter how heated you get about something you screwed up. Long story short, I will never eat here again and I'll try to turn any and every person away from this place if I ever hear it mentioned. I'd save yourself from any potential hassle and just order from one of the other good pizza establishments in the local area. Food is pretty okay. What really brings the score down is the service. Employees don't seem to really care and are slow and unfriendly. Literally stood there as they had a conversation (not about work) then the guy turned and the phone rang. He took it first and didn't even acknowledge me for another about 3 minutes as I stood at the register and he did nothing. They don't seem to start your pickup order until u actually get there to pick it up. We tried delivery. A pizza and 2 small salads. Got a cocky "we don't give times on delivery." After an hour I called to see if it left yet or I'm cancelling the order. The kid was super rude. "Yeah.. it doesn't matter what u ordered. We don't give times on delivery. We're reeaalllyy busy." Took over an hour to get to the house. Delivery lady was gross when she finally showed up. Dirty, grumpy, slow as hell, ick. She also called my husband "buddy" a bunch of times and said creepy things like "yous got some reaaal good stuff in here." TIPS: Never get delivery unless you order 1-2 hours in advance. If u order pickup, go immediately. Don't wait the 40 minutes they tell u to or when u get there you'll wait another 20. Ordering there they aren't friendly but you get your food a little quicker. read more

Competitive pricing, huge selection, and friendly staff. Grilled Chicken Salad is huge and I get it probably every other time I'm here. Thick crust pizza is also often. Honey BBQ garlic wings are delicious! I suggest getting bottled beverages as the water in the entire complex makes fountain soda taste bad. read more
