My son barely touched an action figure that was a the counter while I was ordering and the Cook (gry ponytail guy with a lot of arm tattoos) told my son in a very rude way" Not to touch" When I asked what happened, he talk and look at me in a very defiant way asking me if I have a problem with what he said. The owner is insane. Had an awful experience today. Ordered food 25 mins before arriving to pick up, wasn't ready after waiting another 15. Prep counter was a mess, covered in food. Cooks didn't change gloves once. Guy at the counter was rude to customers on the phone and didn't acknowledge the line of people waiting. I walked out without food. He called me, told me he guess I didn't want my food, and hung up on me. I posted my review on Facebook and then the psycho looked up my phone in their system and texted me, calling me a liar and freaking out. Ordered a crispy Buffalo chicken wrap and southwest chicken panini this evening after ordering from brothers on many other occasions. When our food got delivered it was cold, the panini was slap dashed together which we could handle. But when I opened my box and took a bite of my wrap it was sopping with ranch and loads of lettuce and the little bit of chicken that was in the wrap was not crispy and was cold. I called the shop and explained what happened and was told "they used the normal amount of chicken" and then got a "thanks for letting us know" then whoever proceeded to just hangup the phone. Any time I want Americana, I go to Brothers. I get something different every time and it's always delicious. It's not cheap, but it's reasonably priced and you get a decent amount of food. The fries are very good. I removed a star because the owner isn't as friendly as he should be. He's never been mean to me, but he's very curt and doesn't seem to give customers the time of day. I definitely believe the other reviewers stories. The restaurant itself is neat - lots of cool nerdy (comic book, super hero, fantasy) stuff on display, and they always have a similar movie playing. read more

Garlic knots were good but they messef up the pizza I told the guy (barely understood English) that we wanted a plain, thin crust pizza. He actually forgot to ring us up and another guy asked politely if he could ring us up. I walked in with my 6 year old daughter to find the owner and an employee fighting with each other verbally. Owner using the F bomb non stop and challenging a fight with his employee we walked out. No apology or explanation they just understood they messed up and let us walk out. This isn't the first time I found the owner in a verbal fight with someone. The last time was a customer walking out visibly upset and him flicking off the customer and telling her to sit on it and spin. This guy is out of his mind and needs to get out of our area. Wow, 95% of the reviews I read here are right on the money. Undercooked dough, subs that are actually wet when you get them like the bread is underdone, the owner is rude and vulgar and insults customers. I work nearby so it's easy for me to pop in here to get something to eat but after half a dozen times in this place, there's nothing I could think of that was make me want to patronize this establishment. I can't even remember the number of times I heard the owner get off the phone after taking an order and ridicule the person he just talked to on the phone. Just, rude and insulting comments about the way people talk and made fun of someone because they mentioned something twice because they wanted to make sure the order was right. My last visit clinched it. I could go there to eat my lunch and relax. The TV is blaring so loud that I have to sit as far away as possible from it so it doesn't blow my ears out. The owner is fighting with someone who I guess might be an employee but they're both out on the dining room floor arguing and swearing at each other. The owner must have used f*ck and sh!t several dozen times in the half hour I was there. I was seated at the table nearest the register where people order their food and every single time he took a phone order, he had something rude and ridiculous to say about the person who called. The guy in line before me went to pick up an order he called in and when he told the owner he ordered a whole and a half, the owner insisted that he ordered two whole subs. He argued about it until the customer grabbed his bag and walked out and then the owner finally yelled across the restaurant "hey, buddy! I'll refund your money but I'm still right." I got the sausage sub which was only filled in the middle. Nothing at either end of the roll. Twice, because I really like sausage subs and hoped it would be better the second time. The bread was sticky and damp like it was under baked. Second to the last time I was there, I ordered a salad and asked for a cup for water because I was trying to cut down on my sugar and he said, "we don't have any water here." This is odd - there is a stand at the front of the restaurant where the plasticwear and napkins are but it's not really pronounced or noticeable so multiple people ask him where the napkins are so he has to roll his eyes and point to the front of the shop. Why wouldn't you put them at the place where you're ordering your food? It's just sort of dumb. But yeah, like I said, most of the reviews you read here are right on the spot. Poor customer service, underwhelming food, vulgarity, just don't go here. read more

Placed an order for delivery. The delivery person brought the food (an hour later.) I gave them a $20 for an $11 order and was told they didn't have any change. I planned on tipping, but not $9. Called the owner and explained what happened. He rudely said, "what do you expect me to do about it? You were the last delivery and our delivery person didn't have any exact change." I explained that my intention was to inform him of this issue so it didn't happen again and that I wasn't concerned over $9. He said you can come down here and get your money and we can "go outside." As a local customer, who placed business at this establishment, I never will again. We were threatened with violence, specifically by the owner who said he'd knock my husbands teeth out, all because we were late (40 mins past the call time) to pick up our order. Went here Friday at 5pm 2/28. The tv was very loud. My daughter asked the small mqn at the counter if he would please lower the volume. Been here a few times now and I love everything Iv had so far. Ordered the deep dish supreme it was by far the best deep dish Iv had you can tell they use fresh ingredients not to mention it was just as good heated up the next day. Delivery was fast and friendly. My roommate even said it was the first time he didn't have heartburn from eating pizza in years. I go here almost weekly for a good buffalo chicken cheesesteak or just an amazing slice of loaded Sicilian pizza. There's something to satisfy everyone in your party. The atmosphere is fun, filled with super hero figurines, wall art - the only part I dislike is the politics on the television, but that's more of a personal issue. The owner is a super great guy! He even delivered to my company when nobody was on the roads due to a blizzard! That's great customer service. The food is worth the wait....which has never been over 20 minutes for me. Pizza, bolis, garlic knots, fries, and subs are all delicious and if you're into comics and action movies there is a ton of cool memorabilia all over the restaurant and always good movies playing. Like I said, ignore these bitter reviews and go see for yourself. Will is a no nonsense guy which of course is going to rub some the wrong way but he wouldn't have so many customers if he wasn't doing something right. You go out to eat for the food and the environment, not because you want the owner to make you feel special because newsflash: you're not. Of course some will disagree but this is hands down the best pizza shop in the etters-lewisberry-york haven area and that's facts. I only got two things and ate one for lunch and decided to save the rest for dinner (mind you, I left this item completely wrapped). I got home amd started to dig into dinner when I found A DEEP FRIED FEATHER. LITERALLY A FEATHER. After I was done puking I called in and they basically told me I was a liar and that it must of been from my car (as if I have random deep fried feathers laying around). My friends and I called to place an order around 7:45 for delivery. We didnt order anything crazy subs and a salad. I called after waiting 45 minutes for it to be delivered and they said a delivery person was making rounds to deliver. I waited another 35 minutes and still no food, called them again and they then told me they were swamped with deliveries;.after I order over an hour ago and have spoken to them three times including when I ordered. Once we received our food 2 hours later the delivery guy (owner) said it was because they were the only place that delivered in our area! We have three other pizza spots in our area that would have delivered it to us. This is the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I will never eat here again or recommend them to anyone!!!
