We're just sitting here waiting for my car out the garage across the street within walking distance like a block so it worked out really perfect. the service has always exceptional. They have like eight people behind the counter between making sandwiches and making pick up orders and foam orders and drive-through and customer services the front register so no one ever has to wait more than the time it takes you to put in your order and walk to the next window and pick it up everybody's fast the fisher right on top of things everything is freshly made every day. They have more than one location. I believe it's made in the house. It's quiet as this one is the only ones in the restaurant, but there's a lot of traffic and drive to traffic coming in and out, but still move very efficient. It's clean. It looks like it has just been taken care of. They're using a couch. Everything is perfect this morning. I always like coming here because everyone is friendly. Also, they carry the company kneed donuts out of Providence. It's an all organic gluten-free donut shop. Plus, they opened up super early at 6 AM.

When I got the bag back to my room, it was the wrong order. I tried, multiple times, to contact the restaurant and was unable to reach anyone. I left a few voicemails too. Frustrated, I reached out directly to doordash (Who actually delivered the food) and they were unable to really help me much. They referred me back to the restaurant since that was where I ordered. I'll let you guess how that ended. I also saw a few responses from the company in other yelp reviews where they gave a guest relations email address. I attempted to send an email and it came back undeliverable. So now, I'm sitting here with a $53 loss (after delivery fee, tax, and tip) and a bag with a lukewarm, stale chicken sandwich and soggy inedible fries. Before today, I was hoping this would pop-up in my area. Now, I definitely could care less. No one should have to deal with this type of frustration over a meal delivery. Very disappointing.
