Bone Dry showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would do, were respectful to my house, property, and people, and cleaned up after they left. We had three different crews come through to address each phase of the work, and everyone was professional, friendly, and communicative. There were a couple of small bumps, but they handled them professionally and quickly. I was, all in all, very pleased with their performance. I'm a building professional myself, and very much appreciate what they do. They're good people, and did a very good job for me. Pricing was reasonable '(this stuff is expensive - brace yourself, but these guys don't overcharge) I'd hire them again without a second thought.

Followed up a few years later by issues where moisture was entering our house through an access point and causing damage to our ceiling. They took partial blame for the situation and repaired things with partial charges. Most recently after a storm, they checked my roof and determined it was OK, but a rake board had come loose and the sales rep showed me a video verifying the need for repair. I consented. When they came to do the repair, it wound up being a simple 'nail back in place job', which was not what all I thought it would necessarily be. Combined with a single loose piece of siding that was also nailed back into place, I was charged $665 for a 10-15 minute job that required basically no materials. When I shared my concern that I felt the charge was excessive for the work performed, I was basically dismissed and charged the full amount. I realize I signed the contract, I simply didn't think the job warranted the full charge. I appreciate they got on a ladder and did work I wasn't comfortable or knowledgable enough to do, and felt a slightly lesser charge seemed to make sense for what they did. Guess I will look elsewhere for future jobs after the lack of understanding to work with me.

Attempted to put a review up about the situation and the business owner instead of saying hey what's going on let's see if we can address this immediately started calling me a liar saying no no employee of mine would do that, but I have all the communications from the homeowner and the realtor who both state that these cards were stolen from the home as neither one of them had it , and they were promised to my child. Then when I email the business owner to try to address it he still continues to call me a liar instead of addressing the issue and tells me to go ahead and post reviews. So just know this man is not the type of guy you want to do business with! He will allow an employee to come into your home and steal from you and then defend the employee behind a false reputation of a business that is highly suspect now that he is attacked us the victims of a crime by one of his employees.

And their service exceeded my expectations completely. I needed to book inspection really quick, and when I contacted them they came back to me with a quote right away, and their email was very informative and thorough so I had a very good understanding on what I needed to do and what to expect. They were able to inspect the house the next day which I was impressed with. He was there early in the morning and was done with it when I arrived there for the consultation. He explained everything thoroughly and answered questions I had, and I thank him for catching signs of roof leak and some other minor stuff as well. Very thorough. He also prepared the report for me a few hours after that and this helped me tons to get the process move forward to beat my aggressive timeline. I am very satisfied with their professionalism!!

From start to finish, the experience working with White Oak to replace our windows was amazing!…read more Home renovation projects are never cheap and I'm always worried about paying too much or not getting quality work. When we met with Vance, those concerns immediately went away. He was so nice, answered all our questions, showed us the product samples and gave us time to consider our options. We never felt pressured at all (which wasn't the case with other companies we talked to). In the end, we were easily sold based on the quality and value of the products. Plus, the windows have some great built-in safety features that I really like. It only took a day or two for someone to come out and measure our windows to finalize the order. Vance told us our windows would be custom built and that takes some time. Understandable. We were originally expecting our windows to arrive about now, but they actually came in and were installed a month early! The whole installation was so quick and easy, the workers were done in a matter of hours and they even took time to repair damage they noticed on our window bench that was caused by water leaks in our old windows. Above and beyond! The new windows are beautiful! We noticed immediately how much quieter it is the rooms with the new windows. But now that the weather is turning cold outside, I can also tell that it's warmer. Since we hadn't worked with White Oak before and we didn't personally know anyone who had, we kept this project small (4 windows) just to test things out. We were so happy with the outcome that we will definitely work with them again!

I already had it schedule for days for him to come out and he waited 90 minutes before. But after talking to him, he came out and said he would get me a quote. He said a few days and I follwed up with him on the 3rd day to check in. I was told it was in process. GREAT. Well it has now been 10 days and still nothing. I emailed Joe again and crickets. So I WOULD NOT recommend them to anyone. They just ghosted me and because it was not worth his time. Guess what Joe, we had a budget for flooring replacemnt and paint for $25k. You blew it. Thanks for the great customer service and the great follow up. That is sarcasm incase you did not figure it out.
