I took my car in for wheel alignment after got new tires 6 months ago…read more The guy told me the shaking when I break is not because of wheel alignment, I need to change the routers and break pads on the front wheels. I then took the car in last week to do the work. Got the car back and the problem is STILL there..... and suddenly my car drives heavier, like a truck and is heavy on gas. It was not like this before. I took it back today .... and the guy says....oh, seems they changed the routers and break pads on the BACK wheels in stead of the FRONT WHEELS, as I was quoted for. And..... politely informed me that they didn't cause the fact that my car handles completely different since I left them last week. So.... I asked him, seeing that you DID NOT change the routers and break pads in the front, as they were supposed to and admits that they did it in the back in stead of the front wheels. I told them to undo what ever they did and give me my money back so I can take my car to a different place. To which is I was given a snide patronizing NO. And apparently because his poor ego cant handle a WOMAN disagreeing with him about her car, and my voice was on the same loudness as his, I was asked to leave. What a load of BS. I will never recommend this place to anyone! They have no honor! $600 and 5 hours of my life GONE and nothing to show for it except MORE issues!

I always get my car checked out before I got out of town which was last week with the family. Matthew had highly recommended that it would be best for safety purposes to get my front brakes and front tie rods (dripping grease which he showed me and took a picture of if) done before going out of town. I requested Matthew and once again, he did not disappoint me and the total.for both services were under six hundred dollars and he also informed me he topped off my wimdow washing fluid as well!! I felt realllyyy good knowing that my family and I, especially our grandsons were riding in safe vehicle out-of-town!! It really put my husband and my mind at ease!! I have been treated as family from the minute I walked in the door and have never had issues with their work. Their prices are fair and the work is solid. Consider this a recommendation. I actually just visited Keck Tire today. The clutch pedal on my Subaru was dropping low. Another shop near my work thought it was pressure plate or slave cylinder ($5-600) but the tech at Keck fixed it in 30 minutes. About $50. If that's not honest, I don't know what is.

After waiting an hour and a half, they only performed the oil change and never did the tire rotation I was scheduled for. When I got to my vehicle, I discovered they didn't reset the oil life light, didn't put an oil change sticker on the windshield, didn't top off the windshield washer fluid, and didn't check or fill the tires. The facility was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. There was a complete lack of professionalism from start to finish. I will never return to this location and cannot recommend them to anyone.

I took my truck here over the summer to have a coolant leak fixed. After getting it back it was…read morefine for a few weeks and then began struggling to start (which wasn't a problem before) ,and it was leaking coolant bad again. So I took it back for them a 2nd time to fix and they replaced the crank sensor and some wires. I got it back and it ran fine for a a week but was still struggling to start and he said " it might be a faulty crank sensor because we used an aftermarket one" so I kept driving it then one day it just didn't start at all. So I made the mistake of having it towed there and worked on for a 3rd time. When they received my truck it somehow started fine for them and only wouldn't start some of the time. They barely keep you updated on your vehicle, I kept my truck there for 2 months and they couldn't figure out the problem.. I picked it up the other day and won't ever go back. Mind you I took it in for a coolant leak. It left the shop with more issues than when I brought it. So I spent over $2000 and my truck is not fixed. My dads is an ex mechanic and said he's never heard of a vehicle being in the shop for 2 months.
