Then another friend took 2017 Toyota oil filter was torqued 30 ft lb was to be 19 ft lb. The oil plug is 30 ft lb I would say if torqued oil pan plug and used same setting on the filter. They crew are not trained, I noticed none of employee were there when I went back on different occasion, knew something was wrong never went back.

I pull up and tell attendant(cat) that I needed an oil change and a headlight and inspection. I sit there for and hour waiting not that is was a problem! When the guy comes out he tells me I fell inspection! I asked why he said because of your headlight. I ask him didn't the girl tell him I needed a headlight he said yes but they didn't have it in stock. My question was why would you even inspected it knowing you didn't have the bulb for the headlight. Then he gets mad telling me it the law once they pull it in, that the girl didn't tell him it need a headlight! im simply said Im don't stupid I know it wasn't going to pass without the light!! That would be common sens?? Right! Told me to leave said they didnt need my money they make 4,000 dollars a day!! And slammed the door!! I always get my car checked out before I got out of town which was last week with the family. Matthew had highly recommended that it would be best for safety purposes to get my front brakes and front tie rods (dripping grease which he showed me and took a picture of if) done before going out of town. I requested Matthew and once again, he did not disappoint me and the total.for both services were under six hundred dollars and he also informed me he topped off my wimdow washing fluid as well!! I felt realllyyy good knowing that my family and I, especially our grandsons were riding in safe vehicle out-of-town!! It really put my husband and my mind at ease!! Damaged my car. Won't own up to their mistakes. Won't answer the phone, ignores emails and texts…read more No way to get relief. This is a large national chain and a very poor corporate culture. It's going to take lawyers to get them to respond. Buyer beware. Another shop found the oil dripping and states wasn't tightened. But that was before they found the damage done by this place. Shameful manager. Shameful corporate avoidance. No response after a week of emails and calls. Their poor work damaged multiple driveways and my garage. They don't care. No discount. No refund. No repair or fix of their mistake. No response. So all I can do is tell everyone I meet. These guys are not local and it's only a matter of time until they do the same to you if you use these guys. All nice and friendly until the second you have a problem. They have no training in customer service or problem resolution. The awful taste of bad quality lasts a lot longer than the quick sweet taste of low price and rushed work. Expect what you inspect boys. Oh I almost forgot.
