He listens well and goes all out to give you the look you want and ask for. I trust him completely so much so that I'll drift off during my appointments with him. His beard trim is more like a beard cut in that he's not just taking a razor with a guard and going over it once and calling it done. He is much more detailed than that. You can tell he cares about his craft and wants to be the best he can be. He is also willing to work with you when scheduling appointments as well if you're in a time crunch.
