I will never use this medical office again based on the lack of care from the office staff. It should not take 3 weeks to cancel/reschedule an appointment because I had serious surgery scheduled on the same day, nobody answers the phone. They will have an "operator" answer and they will always mark the message as "urgent" only for them to never reply, and when they do it's a week later in one ring and they don't leave a voicemail like it's their prank. You have to wonder what they're doing in the office to never answer the phone or return the calls that the operator leaves for them. I also had a telehealth appointment and it went straight to voicemail for the doctor to say to call back. Nobody would connect me to the doctor. I had to wait days to hear about my results, and even then the Dr didn't even send them to my orthopedic even though he said he was "sending it now". Now I need to go to the lab to get my results because NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE IN THESE DOCTORS OFFICES. I was also prescribed a medication that another Dr here made it seem like it was harmless for bladder issues, only to find out on my own it can cause severe vision loss and. permanent blindness. I got better advice from my PCP and the problem was solved. The office staff needs to seriously be investigated as it appears they never do their jobs and leave sick people out in the cold. It's unfair to leave clients to be frustrated at the operators because the office staff in the doctor's offices here refuse to do their due diligence. People can die from this negligence.

During our visit, no doctor ever came in to speak with me--only a nurse. No testing was done at all. They simply checked her blood pressure and heart rate, assumed it was constipation based on my concern, and sent us home with a laxative. Two days later, I took her to her pediatrician, where they immediately did a simple throat swab and diagnosed her with Strep throat. This is something that could have and should have been caught during our hospital visit. It is incredibly frustrating and upsetting to feel like my child's symptoms were dismissed and not properly evaluated. When it comes to young children--especially those who cannot clearly communicate their symptoms--more thorough care and attention is critical. I would not recommend this hospital based on our experience.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Delman and his staff. After my MRI results were sent to him,…read moreI expected to hear from his office, but no one reached out. I then left a message at his office, but his assistant, Yazmin, waited a week to return my call. When she finally returned my call, I asked if she could please let me know if the MRI results were normal. If they were normal, then there would be no reason for me to take time off from work to come in for a second office visit. I explained, however, that I would of course come in if the results were not normal. I asked that she check with the doctor and let me know either way. She promised to call me back, but, again, radio silence. I reached out to Yazmin twice more, and each time she said would call me back. She never did. I had my MRI 6 weeks ago, but no one at Dr. Delman's office called me. They also have not posted any of my medical records in MyCharts. Then, to add insult to injury, Dr. Delman just sent me a bill for $1,085 for my office visit. I met with him for a total of 5-7 minutes. This is in addition to the X-Ray for which Dr. Delman charged me separately. I'm an attorney, and this is more expensive than what top New York law firms charge. I truly have never had such a poor experience with a doctor or his staff. I found them to be unprofessional, nonresponsive, and exorbitantly expensive. Dr. Delman is in network for me and took an $85 co-pay up front. I had zero expectation that he would then charge an additional $1,900 on top of that. Most troubling is that six weeks after my MRI, I am no closer to getting my medical records from his office. Unless I am an outlier, I really do not understand how Dr. Delman's reviews are as good as they are.
