Avoid Dr. Faisal at all costs. I had an absolutely horrific experience with him during my EMG leg test. I suffer from severe leg contractures and suspected nerve damage in my kneecap after a recent allograft. I was already extremely nervous about the procedure because any forced extension of my leg causes tremendous pain. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dr. Faisal was rude and dismissive the entire time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He demanded I remove my locked brace even though there was more than enough room to perform the test with it on. Because of this, I had to have my husband hold down my foot to prevent painful forced extensions--on top of my anxiety about the needles. Dr. Faisal inserted one needle by throwing it into my leg like a dart, which caused sharp, unnecessary pain--my husband witnessed it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He also bumped my injured knee twice. When I pointed it out the second time, he snapped rudely, "Where CAN I touch?"[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] To top it off, after telling me the appointment was over, he stayed glued to his computer, blocking me from getting off the table. I was left lying there awkwardly until he finally moved. I left the office in tears and sat crying in the parking lot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Dr. Faisal's bedside manner is appalling. I have been waiting for my April 21st, 2026 appointment since July 28th, 2025. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The NIGHT BEFORE my appointment, at 4:30ish pm on April 20th, AFTER THEIR HOURS at 4:30pm, I received a call after confirming my appointment that they didn't have my authorization and would be cancelling my appointment.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told her that I had the authorization and my primary doesn't close until 7pm and could RESEND my active authorization, but she said it was AFTER HOURS, and that she was just going to go ahead and cancel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I BEGGED her not to, and then I got my primary to finally get back to me and they sent over my authorization AGAIN, but I received a text saying, ya no it was cancelled.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called in the morning to again confirm they received it in hopes to still attend my 11am appointment, and laughingly, the front desk person said, "ya no lol you can come but we already filled the spot and no one would be able to see you, but I can make you our next available appointment which is END OF SEPTEMBER 2026."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I kept calling for cancellations and my health is deteriorating as I've been to the ER SEVERAL times which continues to point towards neuro. My father was waiting for weeks for his appointment. The day before they messaged (they don't answer the phone ever or call) saying that his insurance isn't active. We called to confirm, just in case, and there was no issue with the insurance. So they just went and canceled the appointment without even trying to give an opportunity to sort things out.
