I tried this salon for a lash lift after many failed attempts with lash extensions (at other salons). I gave it four stars not five because the salon is extremely hard to find. On the other hand, the girl (I forget her name) who did my lashes was so professional. She left me a detailed voicemail since I did not answer about information for my first visit which I appreciated. The salon also allowed me to come in thirty minutes late due to the fact that I was running late. I was greeted by the owners sweetest French bulldog - I never been to a salon that allowed dogs which I absolutely loved! Also what was so different about this salon was the girl who did my lashes called me a day after to ask me if I had any questions. I went here for months and they did a good job here and there but half the time my lashes would be falling out right afterwards, then they randomly cancelled my appointment, told me they would call me to reschedule then never did. I called them and they said they wouldn't be booking me for any appointments?? and then they blocked me on instagram out of nowhere. They're VERY unprofessional!, I tried calling afterwards to see why they did this but they just ignored all my calls, again very unprofessional.- I called back multiple times to update my card cause I got a new card number but they never picked up. read more

Love my eyelash extensions from Evolution. Beautiful salon, Emily is excellent and Evelyn did mine once, was also a perfectionist. I've had no problem losing lashes, if you follow directions, no water first 24 hrs, that's key. The staff is friendly, salon very pretty, very clean and you sit in a comfortable recliner to relax in while getting lashes. Also the price is comparable to other salons, well worth it! I have been looking for a GREAT lash expert since my previous moved over an hour away. I have gone to a couple of places and haven't been very happy. I stumbled upon Evolution on groupon and read some of the reviews. The reviews are the reason I purchased the groupon and I am so glad the I did. EVELYN IS AWESOME!!! The studio is a beautiful spa setting with lavendar calming colors and music that puts you in the perfect mood for your "eyelash daydream"! An acquaintance highly recommended Evolution Lash Studio to me as she raved about her lash lift. As one who has always curled my eyelashes, I was looking forward to investing in a lash lift so that I wouldn't have to spend as much time getting ready by eliminating my eyelash curler. I followed the detailed emailed instructions prior to my first visit--removed my eye makeup and washed my eyes, etc. During the process, I felt very relaxed and confident in what the technician was doing. When the lash lift was finished and I saw my eyelashes, I was surprised because I didn't think they looked curly. However, the chairs where they do the services are all in the same room and there was a bunch of people waiting and watching, so I didn't want to complain, question or make a scene. Instead, I was positive, I scheduled an appointment 6 weeks away, paid $155 and tipped $31, smiled and said thank you. When I got home and took another look at my lashes, I was disappointed and upset that I spent almost $200 to look the same as before. The lash lift did not do what all of the instagram lash lift photos advertise. I wanted to cry, but knowing that you aren't supposed to get your lashes wet for 24 hours, I did everything I could not to. I sent an email to the contact on the webpage and within an hour, the owner called me. She essentially said that my lashes are too short (which is not others tell me about my lashes), that my perspective of my own lashes and what they are capable of looking like is skewed, that I should not hold them to the standard that they advertise on instagram, and that there is nothing more that they could do. Needless to say, conversation did not make me feel any better about the service that I paid for. If my lashes were too short for the service to be successful, why not tell me that or have a consultation prior to the service? I wanted to post a review 6 weeks ago, but as the days went by, I got used to the way my eyelashes looked and like many people might give a restaurant another chance, I wanted to give Evolution Lash Studio another shot, especially since I personally know someone who likes their services. My appointment was scheduled for this coming Thursday. Today is Monday (a day that they are closed). Ironically, today I received an email from the owner in which she stated "Re guarding your appointment: We are reaching out to you through e-mail as we have tried to call you twice today and were unsuccessful. We see that you have an appointment scheduled for this Thursday September 19th at 6:00pm. This was a pre-scheduled appointment, We do not think it is a good idea to do a Lash Lift with you again due to the last conversation we had about your last appointment. We are removing this appointment from our schedule, so as of now you do not have a scheduled appointment with us. If you would like to schedule a Full Set with us in the future please give us a call." I didn't receive two phone calls from them and am appalled that they have business practices that include ostracizing clients (with grammatically incorrect emails). I would not recommend Evolution Lash Studio to anyone. read more

I loved my lashes. They looked great. My total was $267 plus tip and they only lasted one day. I used oil free makeup remover and water and about 15 lashes per eye just fell off taking my lashes with them. I'm so disappointed and won't be returning. Not sure what went wrong. read more

I love getting my lashes done here. Evelyn is amazing and very knowledgeable. I never leave with anything less then perfect! The salon is very clean, cozy and comfortable. The lash cleanser Evelyn recommend works very well without stinging your eyes and it keeps your lashes soft and fluffy. read more

After being in extreme discomfort from a bad lash experience, I called on Christmas Eve and spoke with Evelyn who was very nice and accommodating. She was able to get me in the day after Christmas for a lash removal. I was greeted at the door by the most adorable puppy and I knew I found the right place! I had barely any lashes to work with and Evelyn made me feel comfortable and helped my lashes look beautiful again. I have been going to her for about 4 months now and I love it!
