I would like to start off by saying that this has been a two month struggle. Originally I thought I was getting a lash lift for a bachelorette trip turned into a two month journey of restoring my lashes back to health. June 17th, i went for a lash lift and tint. I've gotten a few before elsewhere so I know what to expect. I should've known something was off when she opted to not put pads under my eyes, which, spoil alert, burnt my bottom lash line. The service went longer and hurt more than usual. The final result shocked me and my eyes burned like never before. She brought be to the sink the wash out my eyes (I'm thinking you can't put water on a lash lift for 24 hrs!!). Immediately after going home, my lashes are dried and began to shed. I looked in the mirror and had a JUMP SCARE!!!! I reached out for a remedy or refund in which they applied that my dissatisfaction was "subjective". This is far past not liking the look, and more the service caused damage to my eyes. The tip of my lashes have been rubbing against my eye lid for two months. After being gaslit from this business saying stuff like "we told you they were not extensions"... (how is that a response to saying a lash lift was over processed), I went to a professional Lash tech called Lash Boss in Marlboro. All techs surrounded me with disgust. They looked at my lashes and said they have never seen lashes done so bad before. They were too brittle, damaged and over processed to even touch without all my lashes falling out. They recommended I waited two months before they could fix them. Everyday for two months, I have brushed castor oil on them, hoping that would heal them. My lashes looked exactly the same for the full two months, the techs were shocked! Everyday I received comments on how my lashes looked strange, stuck together, or just simply frizzy they looked. But at last, Lash Boss saved the day, just days before I'm in a wedding to relax my lashes. Now i can finally put mascara on again or put fake lashes on since I physically was unable to for the past 2 months. I get mistakes happen, but as an establishment you need to take accountability and own up to your mistakes instead of chat GPTing a BS response. I was blamed for having sensitive eyes, when I've had no problem in the past. The tech, Pree even admitted she left the chemicals on for longer because i had "strong" lashes, already mis-using the product. At the end she didn't even fully get the dye off my eyes. The proof is in the photos. Who pays $150 to have their eyelashes burnt off. I would not recommend this place my worst enemy. Just go to trained lash tech professionals and save yourself a headache. read more

DISCLAIMER: this is from a man (that's right - I gotta stay looking sharp!) that got his eyebrows threaded recently. This place is great! They use a specific technique that doesn't involve their mouth to get the job done. I have not been to a threading place since before COVID so perhaps this new technique is now common but it was very re-assuring to know that I didn't have to smell what the lady had for breakfast or lunch as she works on these owlbrows Additionally, I think the price is fair and the ladies were very nice and the ambiance is inviting and different. You almost forget that you're in an outdoor mall! You're in, they thread and you're out! I found my eyebrow place and I recommend them to you! read more

Absolutely horrible service. She over threaded my eyebrows. I came in with full eye brows and told her I only wanted a clean up and to keep them full. She's tried to blame my eyebrows and took off all my eyebrows. They were practically pencil brows. Attitude and called me a stupid b$&@# when leaving. read more

Owner was very rude when I nicely stated that if they don't open at 11 am to update google because I didn't know. She proceeded to tell me I have no right to say that because I haven't been there in X amount of years. I contemplated writing this review as I had become close with the owner the few visit I made, however, I wanted to warn anyone thinking about getting their lashes done here - I got my lashes done on a whim since I had stopped by to get my eyebrows threaded - I had asked for a NATURAL look but got a more glam version which did end up growing on me. After that first visit I actually went back to get them removed because I thought they were damaging my lashes, but I was convinced my lashes were okay and that I should just get a fill :( unfortunately, I listened but that's my own fault. The lashes look okay from far away when you get them done, but up close there is a lot of glue, hard pieces of lashes used (not sure why they are hard...), and different length lashes throughout the whole lid. The glue also sticks to multiple lashes instead of a single lash ( this was a concern I expressed and I had asked for them not to be grouped but) If you intend to continuously get these refilled I guess it's fine but just be cautious! read more

Been getting my eyebrows threaded for so many years and never experienced this behaviour ever, I have never heard anyone talk as much as this owner, she kept talking and I kept ignoring her because I didn't feel like talking so then she gets rough with me I mean she was threading my eyelashes and my eyebrows still hurts from Sunday, she had a line of people and she kept talking showing pictures and videos from her phone to people, never saw her wash her hands or wipe the chair, the place smells like food, horrible customer service ever, and she is charging way too much it's ridiculous read more

I have been going here for over a year now to get my lashes and eyebrow threading. I have to say that Pree is honestly the best! Not only does she know how to do beautiful lashes, she is kind, and cares for her customers. I drive 30 mins to see her and would drive hours more if need be. My natural eyelashes came out due to extensions being applied incorrectly. I asked for classic since it was my first time and wanted a natural lash that was advertised for $90. When I called to book the appointment they said the price went up to $120. I was fine with that but she ended up doing hybrid, a very dramatic lash, which was even more without asking me. Her reasoning was that she was late so she did me a favor but charged me $140 I was so upset when I looked in the mirror because it was not what I wanted and they looked ridiculous. My vacation was ruined because she used too much glue and also glued them to my skin. They were clumps,not individually applied. I went to my ophthalmologist when I returned from vacation to remove them because I was in a lot of pain. He prescribed a medication to grow my lashes back. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. It was a very traumatic experience! I called the owner to let her know what happened and she said I signed a consent form and hung up on me. read more

Best threading place by far! Pree is good at threading and shapes eyebrows really well. She is very professional, sweet, humble, and accommodating. She does her best to please customers. I had my lip and eyebrows threaded, eyebrows tinted, and got eyelash extensions. Although I only got my upper lip and eyebrows threaded, I feel like she practically didn't whole face. She does a lot of extras for free, just to make clients happy. She takes her time and responds quickly. She is definitely a jack of all traits. I cried in my car because my eyebrows are so bad. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years at other places and never had an issue. I asked for eyebrows to stay thick and not too thin. My eyebrows are so thin its going to take forever to grow back in. I do not recommend literally the worst place I've ever been to don't go for brows. read more

I have been waiting years for someone this good to do eyebrows in my area!!! Pree is amazing! I started with only eyebrows and now I go to have my entire face threaded. Her work is neat my brows are always perfectly shaped and she even gave me a nice arch on my brows. She is located in the jersey shore outlets during the warmer months and in the winter she is located in hair salon 66 which is literally a two minute drive from the outlets (across from Walmart). Pree does beautiful henna many designs for only $10. She also sells a variety of Indian jewelry and scarves way cheaper than I've seen in other stores, the quality is good too. read more
