They all started yelling at her and apologizing to me. Luckily it didn't hurt, but I was very taken back by this. And she never once apologized to me. It made me angry and uncomfortable because she just sat back down as if nothing had happened and she didn't just assault me with a broom. The younger girl who answers the phones came over to make sure I was okay and gave me my nails for free and she was extra kind, but I think something else needs to be done. She was extremely accommodating and allowed me to be very specific about how i wanted things, greatly easing my anxiety. The first time I went to Beauty by Nas I got threading of my eyebrows and upper lip. She is a marksman for eyebrows and was great about keeping my brows thick but shaped. With no weird red bumps from threading after my first experience I was hooked and knew I found a trustworthy woman that i needed to hang onto closely! The second time I visited Nas I decided to treat myself to a facial, conquering a second fear.
