The ladies answering the phones are always polite, understanding, and super easy to work with. They worked with me and my schedule to set up an appointment. This location is conveniently located next to Nordstrom rack, TJ max, and Burlington coat factory. So if you have time to kill before or after your wax, you won't be bored. My wax technician was Valerie. She was awesome! She really took her time and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She was so good I couldn't believe she was new. I will definitely be coming back to this location and requesting her again. 10/10 recommend.
