She said she didn't know how to remove them and when I asked for a license she had nothing to show. DONT EVER COME HERE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! When I went to pay, she hovered over me to see how much of a tip I was going to give her, which was uncomfortable and somewhat ridiculous, given the circumstances. I will note that I paid for the service- I didn't want to be accused of leaving without paying for that service. I believe that a business should take responsibility for any damage caused to a customer's belongings while on the premises. Had the technician taken responsibility and offered to compensate me for the damage, I would have been satisfied. I'm really very disappointed.
