I felt unlimited cleaning for a year, 11$ a month, was well worth it, so I became a member. Since then the price has gone up :/ :( This location has friendly threaders (is that their job description?) 2 girls in particular do an excellent job on my brows, they know exactly what my eyebrows need just by looking at them! Once 1 of the girls noticed my previous visit took too much off (how did she know!?) They are GOOD that's why. They don't strike up a conversation is why I don't know exactly the days my 2 favorite girls work. Once I was locked into the costly pass, the service declined fast. It started with cancelled appointments. One time the technician was sick, I rescheduled. The tech was sick again for the reschedule (2 weeks later). Then, I finally was able to have an appointment. At my next appointment, they again cancelled, stating the technician changed her hours. It seemed at that point they got it together and my next 2 appointments were ok, even though at that point I knew I was not going to renew any passes, due to the cancelled appointments prior to these appointments. My next appointment, I didn't receive all the services I requested. I assumed I wasn't in need of them all so the technician didn't do them all. I checked out and got home to look at my account only to find that I was charged, I thought there was no big deal I wanted out of this anyway so one service down was fine. I book my next set of services for 3 days prior to my vacation. I showed up for my appointment and was told I needed to wait since the tech was running late. When she finally came out about 15 minutes late for my appointment, I could tell the prior client was not happy with her services. I head into the room for my services. It took over 2 hours to complete services that usually took 1 hour. I checked out and went home. When I got home, I looked over the services. They were awful. My eyebrows were completely uneven with one side completely gone. My legs were full of hair, looking like they hadn't even been waxed, not to mention the remaining services all very poorly done. When I called to talk to the manager, I was told she was not available but would return my call the next day. I didn't receive a call for 2 days. At this point I am ready to leave on vacation, and I still have this issue unresolved. Finally, after 3 weeks, I received a call from the manager, while she was very understanding, I still requested to have my passes refunded for services I was not going to use since my experiences with the company were not what I signed up for. I was referred to another department. After playing phone tag for a month (even though I left very clear directions as to the best time to reach me), I was emailed. The email stated I would not be refunded my money, but they would go against their company policy to refund my last payment and give me $400 store credit. I have over $800 in unused services. When I stated that was unacceptable, I was made another offer by a different manager, except the offer was the same thing just worded differently. So now it's been since March, and I have been offered the same refund 3 times. I contacted my bank to dispute it but unfortunately my bank cannot help me. The manager has reached out again asking how I want this resolved, and I said fine refund my money and issue a store credit. Today I received an email stating, they cannot do anything since my bank notified them, I was disputing the charges, and this is a lengthy process and if they lose, they will charge me a fee for disputing charges. My bank ruled on this issue over 2 weeks ago. This last email is just another way for them to prolong doing what's right and refunding my money for unused services. Their service is not what they promise once you sign up for their pass. Their customer service is terrible and does not put the customer or customer experience first. Save your money!! There are plenty of other places to have these services, which provide better experiences, and the pricing is comparable.

So when I asked her to shape them more she told me to come back again and basically pay them again to get them reshaped. This is first time I've experience a threader refusing to reshape the eyebrow and I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 10 years now. But what I noticed is that the workers were very polite and smiley and conversational with all the other customers but me. I feel as they definitely discriminated against me because I am South Asian, figuring we don't need any sort of customer service (Most of the workers were South Asian). Even when I went up to go pay another employee was straight up giving me a dirty look. Overall they were very rude and acted if they were doing me some favor. Bottom line if I'm giving a business money then I should treated with respect and equally alongside all other customers. Terri was the one assigned to me to do a pedi first. She did a great job on my pedicure. I just got the basic pedi with a no chip polish. Terri was very efficient and did a great job on my toes. Next - full set time. It's been a while since I got a set done, so I wanted something that was neutral. I showed Terri a picture of the ombré set I wanted and she did a good job. I usually judge a nail tech by their speed, the nail shape and how well they can file to precision, and how natural the nail looks after and whether or not it looks too thick. Terri did a great job with all of the above. My only critique is that she left some gel residue under the nail and also on my fingertips.
