Unfortunately, my experience at this location was deeply disappointing and concerning. From the start, there were red flags. The appointment took an unusually long time for a straightforward Botox procedure, and there was no doctor or supervising medical professional on site--only injector nurses. I was told to return in two weeks for a follow-up, which is not standard protocol for authentic Botox treatments from Allergan. In all my years of experience, I have never been required to come back for a "follow-up" unless something went wrong or the product used was questionable. *The owner responded that she did not find my name so I edited this review to include my name and validate this review. The name is Gregoria L and the visit was this year in May . Based on the results and the experience, I strongly suspect I was not injected with genuine Botox. When I raised my concerns and asked for a refund, I was met with complete resistance and a flat-out refusal. This was a frustrating and unsettling experience. I do not feel confident that proper or authentic materials were used, and I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking legitimate, professional cosmetic treatments. I live in WI and honestly just thought my sister would end up doing my hair. She made appointments for us and requested the best person, to do my hair, for my special day. I rarely do anything with my hair. I didn't even have a picture to show, or anything special to suggest. I just told Maddie do whatever you think will look good. I really wanted to utilize my long hair somehow and put up the sides. I brought special rhinestone barrettes that she placed in the back of my hair. The salon was so wonderful they gifted me the best keychain with a ring attached to it, it's beautiful and will hold my car keys. I also loved how the music playing in the background. It was all wedding songs while I was getting my hair done. It brought such a smile to my face and was so thoughtful. My first dance at my wedding was even played, At Last by Etta James. That was pure coincidence since they didn't know that. We also had fake eyelashes put on too and that was absolutely something I will do again. I've seen Dr. Solomon, Kimberly(sp?), Dr. Dubin(I think his name is), Sarah, and Alyssa... The honest truth of dealing with skin conditions is that it takes work. Some things that work for you will not work for other people as well. And it's not just moisturizers, creams, etc.... Lots of things can affect your skin. Using very hot water during a shower can be harder on your skin. Using certain shampoos and soaps can be less friendly on your skin. Even diet can affect certain conditions. Drinking alcohol is said to be bad for a number of conditions, for example. Dove gentle soap is generally a good bet. CeraVe and Eucerin are generally good brands. Try to check for manufacturer coupons online / in-store. That's another thing - this office sometimes has coupons for stuff like this, or samples... And that's honestly great they do that. The last time I went in (last week or so), i was also given some coupon cards to use with some prescriptions... although they are probably ultimately given by the manufacturing company for those products, it's still nice. I really want to stress that sometimes things you can use and be given can take a long time to work. It might have a cumulative effect, or it might not be the best one for you. I've honestly given up sometimes on using medicine because I'm not seeing the progress. You just have to stick with it, be patient, and be willing to try new things.

She is definitely a warm and compassionate health care provider. She noticed some actinic keratoses on my forehead and temples. She subsequently removed those by cryosurgery. I recommend this dermatology practice to anyone concerned about their skin health.
