But after my most recent experience, I will never spend another dollar here. The owner is, quite frankly, plain nasty. She is rude, hostile, impatient, and has absolutely no business treating customers the way she does. For context -- I am an extremely kind and understanding customer. I don't come in demanding, I don't ask for unreasonable things, and I'm not someone who complains about every little detail. I usually come with a photo for inspiration and know exactly what I want. This time, I didn't have one. I simply asked about prices and asked if she could do a few small designs. You would have thought I asked her to perform a miracle. Every time I asked a question, she would snarl, roll her eyes, mutter under her breath, make irritated sounds, and speak to me with an attitude. I eventually felt so uncomfortable asking for anything that I just settled for a ridiculously simple design because she made it seem like asking for something as basic as a flower was an unreasonable request. That alone would have been enough to make me never return, but what really crossed the line was when I told her I was in pain while she was doing my nails. Instead of listening to me or trying to accommodate me, she dismissed me, repeatedly said "no," and continued. As a customer, if I tell you that something is hurting or burning me, the appropriate response is to stop and listen--not argue with me about what I am physically feeling. And while I was sitting there, I also witnessed her taking her anger out on two of her own employees. The way she spoke to them was incredibly uncomfortable to watch. This wasn't a one-off moment of someone having a bad day. From my experiences coming here, she always seems angry, irritated, or unhappy--and somehow the customers and employees around her have to absorb that energy. There are employees here that I genuinely like. Some of them are wonderful, kind, and talented. This review is not about them. It is about the person who sets the tone for the entire business. I don't care how convenient your hours are -- I am not supporting ANY business where the owner makes customers feel small, unwelcome, or humiliated for simply asking questions. I came in being kind, respectful, and understanding, and I left feeling like absolute shit. I literally left the salon crying. A customer should not have to walk on eggshells because they asked what something costs, requested a small design, or said they were in pain. This was my last visit. The convenience is not worth being treated this way. There are plenty of nail salons where I can spend my money and be treated with basic respect.

Once confirming my appointment, they had forwarded a photo of their new rules for the customers. Which is totally understandable. I was sent a link for a pre-screening questionnaire the day prior and took no longer than 2 minutes to fill out. On the day of my appointment, I had arrived 5 minutes prior as per their rules. No other customers were in the salon at the time. As soon as I entered, there was another pre-screen survey and temperature check. They sanitized their work area and seat prior to me sitting down in the chair. As always, I was very happy of the end results of the eyebrow threading. They do a very thorough job and take their time. I never feel rushed when I am there. Their prices are fair comparable to other salons. And plenty of parking behind the building and street parking. I will be back again in 2 weeks for another touch up! I highly recommend this salon for all your threading/waxing needs.

The place is clean, it was empty, and I saw my lady wipe the chair down before I sat. Excellent. Now when it came to the services, my lady was sweet and kind. Easy to talk to. I got a simple threading and I wanted to try the eyebrow tinting as well. Sigh, I understand my eyebrows aren't the easiest to thread bc it can be very sparse but my lady threaded it thinner when I said just to clean. I felt like she was trying to create an arch when my brow just does not naturally arch so it created the middle of my brow to look thinner and unnatural. After the tinting, I know it looks more dramatic bc the dye is more prominent but it's clear where she put the dye and how it was going to look and it looked so uneven and I know my brows don't look THAT uneven. I had tinting done before and it looked amazing, but this time around at this location it just wasn't good. Would I go back? I would to try and give them a second chance maybe I just have to be more clear and explicitly say just clean and keep it thick but we'll see.

She didn't try to lure me to her (although she is a master at what she does! ) just look at her website and reviews! She didn't offer to apply grande brow to help my natural brow grow to have me as a return customer (that actually works by the way-Not knocking grande brow at all!! ) Kristina was genuinely looking for my best interest at heart. What a professional!! She suggested I go to someone that I ultimately went to. When I arrived for my microblading session they didn't even know who Kristina was!! Now that's honorable!! They didn't even know who she was! Anyhow, we are always quick to add negative reviews but this is totally valid and I am extremely grateful!! I am someone who doesn't get anything 'done' therefore I was nervous and cautious for many many years and finally opted for microblading which was HUGE for me!! The bad: According to my text message I had Jamie Jung as my lash tech. They made their way into my ears. Not the end of the world but annoying and in my mind I felt she lacked empathy. Upon checking out I was questioned on the lack of gratuity which is optional. If I am not giving it that should be that, honestly she should be grateful for what I did give her given my experience.
