Made an appointment about a month ago through Yelp and immediately got a response. I was in the following day and got the Classic set. Which I agreed to liking because they were getting ready to close. When I got home I felt like they were too natural and wanted more volume. As per the waiver I signed I tried to make an appointment within the first 3 days in order to not get charged. I did not hear from anyone until day 5. When I finally got ahold of someone they told me it would be the cost of a fill which would be $40. After me almost cancelling my appointment they said they'd charge me $15 instead. I went in got my touch up and was happy with it until some lashes started falling out just 2 days later. I made an appointment within the week. Got a fill which was $60 for the volume set. I told the lady to charge my card $70 (for her tip.) When I saw my account I saw that she took an extra $7 which charged my card a total of $77. I tried giving this place a chance. I would drive 25 minutes to this place since it had great reviews but all in all this place is very shady and does not make you feel like a valued customer. It seriously just makes you feel like a dollar sign. read more

I ADORE Dream on Lash. I always leave with a nice set of lashes and receive so many compliments from my friends, family members, and co-workers. There was baskets where you can place your items, they offer you a blanket if you're cold, and it is just nice and quiet. I fell asleep a few times, haha! I was going to a previous lash place for 4 years. However, if I had to guess, I think the quality of the glue just deteriorated. The lashes would come out all day, all the time for no reason at all. My concern before I came to Dream On was that my lashes were just getting weaker because of all the damage I had done for so long! Anyway, I searched and researched and asked around. I refused to go anywhere they would try to take off my current lashes to put on "their lashes"-no thanks. Finally, I found Dream On. Reviews on here were good, I called and made my first appt. Service went well. Claire is extremely gentle and experienced. Not once did the glue get my top and bottom lashes stuck, nor did my eyes burn. The look came out as expected-terrific. Then came the real test, how many would fall out by the end of the day? Today is day 5 and just 1 has come out! Also, they look BETTER than the day I got them. A little bit about my at home regimen. I thoroughly wash my face twice a day (but am careful with my eyes). I wear makeup but none on my eyes. I sleep on one side, but after going to Dream On, no lashes have fallen out from that side like they normally do. I have 2 small kids who love to touch and play with my hair and face. If you are looking for a new "go to"place or even just a place to get your lashes done, I would highly recommend. Their first time guest promo is unbeatable. Their membership is good too. I saw this place on my way home from my daughter's school. I went in and was greeted with a warm friendly welcome. I explained to the lady that I wanted to try lash extensions. She took her time to explain everything to me and the different types. I made my appointment to get my eye lash extensions for 10/26/2017. Since I was a new customer I got the 50% off. So I paid only $50 for a natural glamorous full set. I didn't feel a thing and almost fell asleep. It was a great first time experience. I loved my new lashes so much that I wanted to add more for fullness. So I called and the lovely lady told me I can come in on Friday to add 20 lashes on each eyelid for only$10. I am so addicted to lash extensions now. I went in today to ask to pay for the membership and to ask a few questions. The lady I spoke to was not so friendly and seemed as if she was rushing me to get out.
