She treated me as if I've been a client for years Making an appointment was very simple and easy. I've gone to Lorena several times now and she has never cut, burn or messed up my eyebrows. Honestly, I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time. Lorena provides a numbers of services but I haven't tried them (yet), but I can tell you I've seen her work and her clients are always extremely pleased. Her place is in a really nice location and she has it very nicely decorated. You can tell she really cares about her clients and her business.

They were scratched up with file marks, my cuticles were still showing, and my hands were never soaked in warm water like I've had done at other salons. One finger even ended up bleeding. When it came time to pay, I was also asked to tip in cash, which felt uncomfortable. I paid $20 and left feeling like I needed to go fix my nails somewhere else. Couldn't tell you who the technician was because she didn't have a name Badge like the others in the place , and she seemed to be winging it. She even had trouble cutting the plastic.The wrap around my feet and legs. I do have photos of my feet , which I included in the email and can share them as well. They need to provide better technicians , especially for first time clients

Second, the service was over within 2 minutes, I didn't have enough time to inspect since I was being rushed for the next customer. My eyebrows are uneven and she did not use brush and scissors to finish up like other places do. Lastly, the door shows Amex as accepted form of payment but when I gave her my Amex card, she asked if I had another form of payment.

Fifteen minutes before my massage was even finished, the reflexology therapist barged in, interrupting my masseuse, and started rubbing my feet with one hand while playing games and texting with the other. My masseuse didn't say a word. After the massage therapist left, this woman -- who had a terrible attitude -- continued her so-called "reflexology" the same way: one-handed, distracted, and clearly uninterested. I'm not a confrontational person, but she honestly intimidated me. In hindsight, I should have spoken up. I will never go back. I can only hope she's no longer there, because I doubt I'm the first person to complain.
