I had my first laser before had 8 sessions in Hawaii and their laser was extremely painful this was 2015 but the hair grew back super fast and maybe my hair growth cycle was different then. The laser at flawless is truly FLAWLESS! It's an amazing laser it's not painful and it gets the job done. When I first went there I didn't even need the full package but they told me to do it just to make sure I get the full results which I did! I think you need 9 session or 10 depending on your hair growth cycle and type. I was on birth control so I had way more hair growing and they told me it could be the hormones. Well it's still went away! I got touch ups here and there maybe 3 times every 1 year. Right now it's been a full year and I have not been to the clinic to get laser it's hardly any hair just a little at the top. Enough to only get one treatment for the whole year. I have also tried their laser facials but I will say do this during the winter I think I did mine during the summer with no sunscreen. Do this in the winter with sunscreen but my facial turned out really beautiful on me I would def do that again. It is a bit far from me but they have amazing service extremely professional. I asked "would you rather I come in sick and risk getting your staff sick"... the receptionist spoke with the owner who reduced the cancellation fee to 50%.
