The two technicians doing our pedicures had their own private conversation the entire duration...extremely unprofessional and slowed them down. We got the same pedicure and polish yet her price differed from mine (overcharged her by $15). My gel fill took forever and the lady tried to take someone else in between servicing me. After 10mins, I had to ask her who was doing my fill and she then said she was and to wait 5 more minutes. So, I waited a total of 15mins between services for the same person with no apologies for my inconvenience. My nails were rushed and awfully done. There is nothing self care about this place rather, take your money, perform poorly, and tolerate offensive customer service while paying more than you did just two weeks prior. The outdoor pool was fairly small but there were several places to sit outside with umbrellas so we enjoyed our time there with the view. The sauna was like the saunas in most gyms so I didn't spend much time there but I enjoyed the steam room for sure. The only reason I'm docking a star is that I don't think the spa pass was worth the $100pp it would have been normally, as the amenities were pretty standard and the women's locker room was pretty small. It def makes sense being in the MGM resort and can be great for guests but I'd rather spend my money at a standalone spa like King Spa that had more unique offerings. I selected the Green Tea Detox from the 'scent' options. The manicure included a scrub, masque, and massage butter. A shoulder massage would have been a good addition while the masque was curing.
