She does my lashes the way I like them done and I'm very particular with the length and how wispy/light but volume at the same time that I need them done. She understood the assignment. I was initially excited to get my lashes done here, but unfortunately my experience wasn't the best. I will say the initial customer service was fine, but I wasn't too thrilled about how they handled a customer complaint. After I got home, I realized that my lashes weren't done very well once I got an up close look. When I voiced a concern, I was met with slight combativeness and blame for not speaking up sooner/my eyes being watery. I will say, that they offered to redo, but at that point I felt odd because of how the situation was handle. Exceptional service and an amazing experience., V was able to give me the brows I've always wanted. Her professionalism and expertise in her craft, made this experience one I will never forget. I visited precise Beauty last week and was serviced by Vina. The shop itself is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Upon waking in a lash tech, who had a customer, greeted me. She reminded to sanitize and took my temp. I'm assuming she didn't ask who I was due to their timing and I'll get to that. The decor inside is blue and white, very modern. I sat down and within minutes Vina came out. She asked me to complete paperwork and finished the customer she was with. I waited about 10 minutes past my appointment time which was fine, the music was playing and I didn't really notice until writing this review. When I went back, she did a short consultation. I likely answered any questions she had before she could ask, since I've had the service before. She began my procedure (micro shading), taking approx 90 minutes from arrival to finish. As I said I've had this service before, however, this was by far my best experience. There was little to no pain, she was at ease and I am 100% satisfied with the final product (albeit 3 days post). I came across this business by way of Instagram. My Cuzzo good friend always posted her photos her getting her eyebrows done so I decided it was my time and that was 2 years ago. Since I was satisfied with my eyebrows my Mother inquired about getting hers done 8.1.19. Her appointment was at 2:00 so I figured it would be a good idea to show up at 1:45 for paperwork purposes. After the paperwork and setup we got started exactly at 2:00. She walked in with "barely there" eye brows but left with a full set of gorgeous eye brows. Horrible customer service. The hair was tangled in less than a few days. I could not purchase the hair with a debit or credit card. Instead, I had to go through a long process of adding them as a new member to a member account to transfer the money directly from my navy federal bank account, which was highly inconvenient. I was told after sending a picture of the hair that I would need to come to the salon for her daughter to look at the hair. After explaining that I could not arrive during the week due to my busy, unpredictable job hours, I received obscene text messages. I was offered a partial refund via the cash app. A hot mess, this business needs to get its customer service and way of taking payments under control. Ms. V fixed my brows and I couldn't be more happy with the shape now! I just had them done yesterday and I cannot wait for them to heal so I can see her PRECISE work. I've had my eyebrows done twice by other salons only to be disappointed looking at crooked brows. Ms. V fixed them and the shape looks so good AND EVEN! When she's all done with my touch ups, I will definitely show them off with a before and after picture. So I was recommended this place by a friend of a friend and I was so excited because this was going to my first time ever getting lash extensions. My friends lashes looked so good and full and voluminous. I got the same set as she did which was the hybrid set and as well asked for bottom lashes. There was a lot of red flags that I noticed from the very start...I set my appointment at noon and was very set on making sure I was on time since I live about 40 minutes away from this salon. This salon is owned by a mother and daughter and I was assigned with Chae, the daughter. Chae asked me via text if I could come at 11:40 instead of 12 and I agreed and told her that I will try to make that time. She then later texts me and asks if I could come at 10:30 because her client cancelled. I didn't really mind changing times for my appointment I just didn't want to feel rushed since I had to drive half an hour to get there. The first red flag that I noticed was how Chae told me via text that she was EXTREMELY SICK. First of all, if you're sick, you should not be working especially if you're touching people's eyes. I told her that I was still willing to come bc I did not want to reschedule. So I agree that I should've rescheduled and that was a mistake on my part on risking it. But she did not even ask if I wanted to reschedule my appointment and just proceeded to think it was okay to work while warning me that she was extremely sick.... When I got there, the workers greeted me and quickly began the process. I told her this was my first time and I had no idea what was suitable for my lashes. I thought she was going to ask me questions and go through possibly main steps that she was doing. She did not communicate with me the whole process but only asked me in the beginning, how long I wanted my lashes. She did not prep my lashes or clean them she just put the lashes straight on which I thought was unsanitary. My experience was pretty painful bc my eyes were burning from the fumes that they did warn me about in the waiver. I don't blame them for my sensitive eyes. The second red flag was that she went to the bathroom twice to blow her nose and I'm not even sure if she washed her hands or put new gloves on since I was not allowed to open my eyes the whole process!! She could've given my eyes pink eye or gotten my terribly sick. After the whole process was done, she showed me my lashes and they weren't bad, I did like them but they did not look like any of the pictures on their Instagram page. Everyone's lashes were curled and pretty and mine just looked flat with a couple lashes curled. Again, not blaming her for the result I just think she could've told me or warned me that it would not curl as much due to my straight natural lashes. She was just doing her job putting on the extensions. After the top lashes were done she did warn me that my bottom lashes wouldn't last as long as my top ones because of how watery my eyes were getting so I told her I won't begetting them and thanked her for warning me. She did not take that off my total. There were some lashes that were already falling off when she showed me in the mirror and the sizes of the lashes were even put in the wrong place!! The lash near your tear duct should not be longer than the lash that's on the outer part of your eye. Even a professional should know that. I ended up paying way more than I expected and I tipped her over 20% because I am a generous person. But if you're in the area or not. This place is overall unsanitary and I think slacks on their profession. I wouldn't go here again nor recommend this salon to anyone else. **UPDATED REVIEW** After telling Chae that I did not like my lashes she offered to fix them for me and give me an extra $10 off my fill in...That's not really what I wanted. I really just wanted her to refund me since she ruined my first experience. My friend who also gets lash extensions further educated me that you are not supposed to sweat or get them wet for 24-48 hours, and other ways to keep your lashes looking clean and last longer...Chae did not give me any tips or advice at the end of the process. Literally all she said was "Have a good day, drive safe." AGAIN, MY FIRST TIME, I TOLD HER I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING AND SHE GIVES ME NOTHING. read more

When I asked her NOT to refer to me as "baby" she got upset and decided to cancel my service. And she refused to refund my money. She's very unprofessional and will learn that her business will not go far with this type of service. She actually did me a favor. Would definitely NOT book with her. Before I first got serviced by Chae I had reservations because my eyes are pretty sensitive and water a lot, however by 3 weeks my lashes still looked flawless and could've definitely went at least another week before needing a fill. t me tell you something, if you're looking for a brow place look no further! A little background is I've had combo microshading done last year In Texas from a "brow guru " who had amazing work but gave me a complete nightmare and traumatic experience, it was painful, my eyebrows was botched ( one way higher than the other and completely different shape) , she wasn't listening at first or taking my complaints serious ( as she thought it's part of the process ) until a friend called her and let's just say we spent months on her trying to fix and depigment it only for it to still look horrible and even worst with a scar now on top of my brow. I was down and sad for a long time having to apply cream to get rid of my scar and allowing for my brows to grow out more . Keep in mind I had good set brows before she botched me ! Fast forward to yesterday I went to Vina yesterday and she was very transparent with me and told me if she didn't feel comfortable she would do a good job on correcting my brows I'll get a refund on the deposit and will not do it due to her name and reputation which I liked . But as soon as she shaped my eyebrows I looked like a totally different person already and she was confident she could make a good correction. So we got started and I was Shocked it was painless (minimal pain)! And what I loved is that she kept on checking on me to see if I'm okay or would ask if I'm having any discomfort so she could stop and numb me! After she gave me the mirror to see my eyebrows and I wanted to cry tears of joy and told I her "sometimes you have to go through pain to experience true happiness" lol. I know it's just eyebrows but you don't understand I already had a good set of eyebrows and I was always hesitant on getting it done so when I went through that traumatic experience with that "Houston eyebrow guru" it put me on emotional rollercoaster at times . I am a lash fanatic and I have been getting my lashes done since 2002. I recently moved to the area and needed to find a good lash place, after doing a little research on Instagram I decided to try Precise Lashes. They were new and had nice photos of someone's work so I felt that they would probably work hard to build a positive reputation. I felt I was lucky because I got the daughter of the mother and daughter team that owns the place. I was a little concerned because her lashes were a mess but I wrote it off as her letting the other lash techs use her as a model for training. I paid for the most expensive set they offered and showed the young lady a photo of the look I wanted to achieve that I took directly from their page. Without examining my lashes she told me that she couldn't achieve that look because I didn't have enough natural lashes. I told her to look again because I have more lashes than average, she realize I did and attempted to achieve the look. The first issue is she didn't bother to clean and prep my lashes like I know she should have learn in training, she just began putting lashes in on top of the lashes I already had installed. She stopped often to text and talk to her coworkers about shoes and an outfit she wanted to buy and any other miscellaneous stuff she could think of. After texting, she went right back to doing my lashes without hand sanitizer or anything. I have met many lash technicians but this is the first I met one that was unsanitary and not attentive to the task at hand. More importantly my lashes look very unnatural and I pray I don't get conjunctivitis. I kept the lashes in for a week only because it took me that long to do better research on lash technicians and I found one that is professional and sanitary.
