My first time here, I randomly walked in, they were booked solid but was able to find an appointment for me within 2hrs. When I returned I was greeted, offered water and was quickly serviced. I wish I would have gotten the lady's name who did my nails because they were PERFECT! I included pictures from a video I took because I couldn't stop showing them off! The shape was consistent across all fingers, the length fit the size of my hands and the color was gorgeous! I had already had builder gel on my nails when I came in, and instead of taking everything off, the nail tech did a fill in and you would have never know she didn't start from scratch! While I was getting my nails done, all the nail techs kept coming over, complementing me on my nails and the customers that were there, you can tell they were repeat customers that have been there quite a few times before (one lady was getting a pedicure and another lady was getting a very elaborate set of wedding nails done - both sets of nails were beautiful). I have returned two additional times and were serviced by two different women. They shapes were ok, not consistent and you can tell both of the later women tend to lean to filing nails to the left (all of my nails tend to point more to the left instead of rounded evenly to the center). I currently feel that my nails have too much builder and it may be time to start a fresh set because the prep work that was done the second and third time have left my nails looking "bumpy". I do indent to return but will try to book with the original tech who did my nails. Note, that you cannot book online but have to either walk in or call.

The color of my eyebrows was NOT custom matched and made it extremely dark AGAINST my request. The blading looks very unnatural, uneven, and the brows don't match in length. She used very long strokes, a lot of which run straight which looks really bad. Then when the technician was finished, she said that I can get a touch up in 6 weeks for $200 since I am a Groupon customer. But when I get to the front desk the lady there tells me that it's normally $250 but she'll do $200 if I pre-pay. Shady business practice! Bad customer service, had to call for a month to get refund for prepaid touch up, cause I'm not going back! They made me call back several times and I even left messages on voicemail. They never initiated a call back. I never got an apology for bad product and service. Just a waste of money and time is all this was!

I had my first laser before had 8 sessions in Hawaii and their laser was extremely painful this was 2015 but the hair grew back super fast and maybe my hair growth cycle was different then. The laser at flawless is truly FLAWLESS! It's an amazing laser it's not painful and it gets the job done. When I first went there I didn't even need the full package but they told me to do it just to make sure I get the full results which I did! I think you need 9 session or 10 depending on your hair growth cycle and type. I was on birth control so I had way more hair growing and they told me it could be the hormones. Well it's still went away! I got touch ups here and there maybe 3 times every 1 year. Right now it's been a full year and I have not been to the clinic to get laser it's hardly any hair just a little at the top. Enough to only get one treatment for the whole year. I have also tried their laser facials but I will say do this during the winter I think I did mine during the summer with no sunscreen.
