What what was delivered instead of Gold is black looking French tips that look horrible the polish doesn't go all the way to the cuticle on the sides and in some areas the cuticles were not taken care of completely. I did point this out but it wasn't corrected. When I went to pay I said this is unacceptable. The manager and the person who did the manicure insisted that there was nothing that looked like black but what we can see in the pictures is that's not true. The manager was insisting that I pay for the service. I said they can take everything off and we'll call it a day. She said I still have to pay for the service and that would take even more time. I said I'm not gonna do that because now I have to pay for another salon to take this off. So she said fine just leave --there's the door. The stark change from her friendly demeanor when making the appointment. I do not recommend this place

Zarah herself did the procedure for me. It took us almost four hours to get the job done. She was very patient and meticulous with the process to make sure that I'll be happy with the outcome. She made me very happy because she did my eyebrows the way I wanted it, not too thick and not too dark for others not to be able to recognize me. I went through the entire process without a need for numbing cream. I felt fine and as a matter of fact, I fell asleep. That's how light Zahra's hands are. In case you won't be able to handle it, a numbing cream is readily available. The salon is very bright and clean. There's a clean restroom at the end of the hall shared with other tenants. There's private parking free for two hours and a flat rate fee of $5 if you exceed the two hours. Aside from Zahra, I also got to meet Yaren and Ayjan. Very nice ladies who made sure my visit was a pleasant. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I instantly felt I'm in good hands. I highly recommend this place. She took her time measuring out the shape of the brow prior to the microblading and shading. I have no regrets trusting her when she said recommended the shading. She educated me on how the brows will fade and just educated me in general about the process of healing and caring for my eyebrows. My lash girl had her brows done by Ally so I decided to get a consultation with her after my lashes. Ally was a perfectionist and you knew she knew what she was doing within 15 mins of her drawing on my potential brows. I literally made my appt that day and put down a deposit. Flash forward to the day of our ombré brows procedure and Ally spent maybe 30-45 mins drawing on my brows until it was PERFECT. She's knowledgeable of her service and craft, she's funny, she's cool and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Yes, she used numbing cream and there was only slight discomfort in the beginning when she had to break the skin to get the numbing cream to absorb into the skin. I absolutely LOVE my brows. I repeat, LOVE MY BROWS. I came back recently after quarantine for my touchup and I healed in about a week. I'm asian with minimal brows and now I wake up to a full arch and brows that look like I already have makeup on.

Around 2019, the outlines were gone and faded, and I figure it would be time to treat myself to some new brows and save money in the long run on makeup. Easily made an appt with Morgan for a correction set once I showed her my brows and was approved. The studio is easy to find per her detailed instructions and I had no issue finding parking during my evening session. Morgan's attention to detail and genuine love of her craft is apparent from start to finish. It begins with just a preliminary email advising you on what to expect and how to best prepare for the procedure. Then, when you're at your appointment, Morgan guides you step by step through her process. She first asks what type of brow you are looking for, then she cleans up your brow area and begins tracing ( I think this took about 45 min to an hour). She worked with me every step of the way and made sure I was happy/comfortable with the result. Then, once she had everything traced and ready, she went to work. Pain is minimal. She initially starts without numbing cream just to do the outline and the pain is similar to threading I would say, so it's not bad (and I have a low tolerance for pain). Once the numbing cream is on you barely feel a thing. I fell asleep on the table at one point lol. The process, in its entirety, from start to finish, took a whopping four hours. That's when you know Morgan puts a lot of effort and dedication into her craft. The finished product was AMAZING. The arch was perfect, the size of the brow was perfect. I legit walked out of there feeling confident and great! Morgan advised me of the next steps, aftercare, and gave me gel and everything I needed. I left so happy and took a bunch of selfies (because obvs). The first week, the brows stayed consistently the same color wise. I got complimented by nearly everyone I hung out with. I made sure not to wet my brows at all the first two days, and Morgan gives you protective gear to ensure that. Peeling didn't start until about after 5-7 days, and lasted for about another 5-7 days after that. I had a few days of going into work and being like "ugh don't look at me," but overall it wasn't bad, lol. At around the three-four week mark, my brows were fully healed and looked SUPER natural. It's so nice to be able to wake up and not put any brow powder on etc. The shape is great, and it did shrink a bit, but I am happy and very content with my brows overall. My mom is now planning to get them done with Morgan and I've recommended to all my friends who are interested, so I hope they follow through! I cannot wait to come back for my touch up once this pandemic is over, and I cannot wait to bring the brows outside of my apartment soon enough, haha. Thanks Morgan!

The whole process took about 2 hours. There was some redness and eye lid swelling especially on the second day so I would suggest ice packs for the eye lids. The facility is very clean and there are partitions for privacy. A small parking lot is available on Beverly. Price for both eyebrow and eyeliner are very reasonable compared to elsewhere. Touch up after the initial 4 weeks is included in the price. Rachel has about 30 years of experience in the beauty industry so you can trust her work.
