This place isn't the same after Preanna/Amber left. I asked for a simple eyebrow threading. Thin it out a bit, smooth out sharp edges and clean it up, trim the long hairs. Then she starts talking about what she thinks looks best and she even called me a man. Ended up paying twice as much as Preanna usually charges for a job done so bad I had to hop on a Waymo to Culver City where I had my eyebrows fixed at the fox hills mall. I've been coming to Rose Aesthetics, specifically to see Amber, for the past 8years and IMHO this is the best brow aesthetician in LA. Amber's staff are all as conscientious, quick and thorough as she is too. My brows always look great afterwards. They make sure they follow the natural curve of my arch, whilst keeping things as full as possible so my eyes always look fresh and open. Amber's facials are also excellent and I've bought Rose Aesthetics vouchers for lots of my friends as well who also rave about her. I gave this place two chances. Both times I didn't get the color of the tint I was looking for, and voiced how I wanted it darker while there and she said "next time". The threading wasn't so great either. The tint is supposed to last 2-3 weeks and it's already gone in a few days. Disappointed that they didn't fix the color right then and there. $55 for thread and tint and the color wasn't right, and already off your eyebrows in a few days. read more

I've been on the search for the "one" for years. I've paid service from affordable to expensive but I could never love the end results. Most eyebrow places have the same structure of threading the same shape which is not meant for everyone and so over years I've been picky about who can do my brows the with vision that I want. Today was my first time at Rose Aesthetics formally known as Rose Brows. I did a walk in and waited for a few minutes. Amber is the person that did my brows after researching and reading reviews. I put my trust in her. I explained to her my whole eyebrow situation and how I want it to look. She is very professional and very kind. She listened and told me that she'll do one at a time and take little hair as we go. What I appreciate most is that she listened and she listen to the vision of how I want my brows to be. Verdict - I think I finally found a place that did my brows right :) and I'm very PICKY! Amber has an eye for brows! She's very patient and gentle so threading did not hurt. Listen, one thing about Prerana, is that she's going to get my brows looking right every time - whether they're in the distant cousins phase, growing out phase, etc. - she knows what's she's doing. I've been coming here since before the pandemic, moved away during that time and was happy to find that she was still there after. This place is the only place I will come too. I have super thin brows and they are super easy to mess up but never once have I left here unhappy. Even with my super thin brows this place is able to shape them so perfectly every single time. I'm very particular about my eyebrows and they've never failed me.
