Because I came in previously, they gave me a good price to do my entire face. Overall went well and they iced my face for me after since I had a long drive back. I did have hyperpigmentation for a couple of months after but now it is mostly clear. It looks more like faded freckles but I don't mind considering I had so much on my face they had to remove. Only two moles came back but doesn't bother me. Overall impressed and would come back and recommend to my friends.

I believe it was Irene herself who did the procedure: 15mins for cream anesthesia, and only few mins for actual removal of millia. She made it look easy peasy! :) I was able to see the procedure and staff helped record video of it, and we all laughed because it was like Dr.Pimplepoppers. AWWW It was so satisfying to see millia popping out like a ping pong balls. We squashed it and said ewww. lol. They offered to have me come in a third time I said I no longer trust you I want my money back. Verbally said they would never did I then showed up to their office three times they were never in sent me up to a different location. Spoke to a manager who said oh we certainly don't want small claims or a Yelp or Better Business Bureau and we will get back to you as soon as possible and no one ever did. I am still fighting them this need they need to go out of business. They're awful.

I explained that I could only afford around $500, and I was considering a selection of products within that range. However, when I asked whether one item, specifically an SPF, was necessary, the tone shifted. I was told there was no point in continuing to go over products if I was not going to purchase anything and that we "were not a good fit," to which I agree, but not because I asked questions or was unwilling to buy. As a result, I chose not to purchase anything and canceled the next appointment. I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. As a young client still in college, I would have expected a more understanding and respectful approach rather than pressure.
