This is a review of just the lash lift by Gia. I have short lashes and would be my first lash lift and I told her that. I asked if I would be a good candidate for a lash lift since I had short lashes, she said yes. I asked what kind of product they use on the eyes and made sure they would not irritate them. She said no they are professional products. Once she commenced and started layering the solution I noticed they started to burn the surface of the skin and I told her. She said only a few more minutes pain is beauty! So I held on till she was was finally done. My eye lids were a bit red and swollen from the burning. I could hardly tell my lashes and I was too focused on getting home and icing my eyes. Once I got a closer look at the lashes back home I only noticed then that they were stuck the skin of my eyes lids. I'm pretty sure they're not suppose to look like this???? read more

It was my first time coming here. I came for eyebrow threading, and I was happy with the service. The cost was $13. It was a bit stuffy when I first came in, but they put on the air conditioning and that helped. I put some rose water on my brows and face afterward, which was nice because a lot of places only have aloe. They don't have a rosewater which is something I enjoy. I have the lady by the name of Malti. She was polite. They also sell different eyebrow products, although I did not pick up anything; so I can't speak to that. I did not use the restroom so I cannot comment on that either. If you are in the area, I would recommend coming here. Plus, it's very close to target if you need to shop and it is right next-door to a coffee bean if you want to enjoy as a delicious treat at the same time. read more

Don't go here!!! I came to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and when I got there the lady was being pushy on getting henna. When I told her I didn't want to get it, her demeanor changed and she had an attitude. She put the tint on my eyebrows carelessly and sloppy. when the timer was up I had tint all over my eyebrows and it looked chopped and sloppy!! 1/10 would not recommend. And after when I was going to pay she locked the doors because she thought I wasn't going to pay. I felt discriminated. Horrible place ! read more

This review is for Gia. I went in for a brow clean up on 11/30/25. I've been going to her for months. She knows I like a simple cleanup. Today, she decided to play with my eyebrows and do as she pleased. She completely butchered my full eyebrows and not only left them thin, but with a wide gap in between my nose bridge. She proceeded to collect payment from me despite her poor service. I'm never going back and I'll be sure to tell all my friends about this less-than-satisfactory eyebrow business. This place is a scam. I made the mistake of giving them two chances since I live nearby but both times I paid for a service I didn't receive. The head lady is extremely fast and is on a race to get you out. She is working on 4 different people at the same time, and she might be blind because she said she was done when I clearly still had a dark shadow on my lips. I had full face which I've been doing for half my life as I suffer from PCOS. This usually takes 30-45 mins, but she was literally "done" in less than 10 mins and I left with only a quarter of the hair removed. Both times I had to go somewhere else to finish the job. She will refuse to go over a full section of your face if one hair is too short (literally didn't even go over a whole side of my face) but still charged the full face charge. Basically paid $40+ for eyebrows only. Then she lectured me in front of the full store saying it's my fault my hairs are too short because I pluck and that my pores are "huge"... thanks doctor, maybe I have a condition?? It's also natural to get teary eyed, and she literally asked me SIX times for the whole store to hear if I'm okay, and it wasn't in a concerning tone, it was a pure mimic like she was so bamboozled why my eyes would water... and now I see other comments that this bullying and humiliation is common. Save your time, money, and humility. and to the store: please don't bother responding and gaslighting with some bullshit like the other reviews. If you know you gave a lighting problem, fix it, don't blame it on the city.. your competitors have managed to do better. And absolutely no excuse for the way the employee belittles and embarrasses customers. read more

I've gone in about 3 times now and will be a regular! I first walked in without an appointment, hoping to just get my eyebrows cleaned up. I got Gia, and she did so well! I told her what I wanted before we started, and she was attentive and gave me exactly what I was envisioning. I've gotten eyebrow lamination, henna tint, and threading. Total was around $100 something for all of it. I think it's a fair price & I always love the result! They prefer tip in cash, but you can still tip on the card. Service is always very quick, and there is free parking around the back. Prices are inexpensive compared to other places in the area. For background, I have naturally sparse eyebrows. I only clean the hairs that grow underneath my brows. I never touch the hairs intact to my actual brows. I've always had holes in my eyebrows, that's how they naturally are. My moms are like that too. The lady who did my brows, pretty sure she's the owner kept accusing me of over plucking my brows and had the audacity to ask me when was the last time I plucked. I told her 2-3 times I don't mess with my actual brow and only get the sparse hairs that grow under the actual brow. I felt like it was a mean girl bullying me. You can tell she thought I was lying..like ok nothing to lie or be ashamed about my natural hole-y eyebrows lady. Never going back here again. But feel free to stop by if you like being gaslit!!!! Really confused on the whole appointment protocol. I made an appointment online for 12:30, arrived at 12:25 and signed in on the kiosk. There were two people there already and the lady would finish one and call next, then when she finished that one she called next again and the second person went, then finally me. By this time it's 12:50. I thought the point of making an appointment was to be seen at that time. Kind of wondering how they know who had an appointment or who doesn't, or who's even next at that point. I took my lunch break to come in since I didn't get seen until 12:50 I was late back to work and didn't end up leaving until 1:20. Otherwise then that the stylist was nice but that's about it, my eyebrows are not 100% to my liking, a little uneven and have tint above my brow. Definitely had my hopes up due to the good reviews. Also I emailed customer service because no one would answer the phone, they emailed me back right away asking what happened, then when I explained they went MIA, and it's been three days. So customer service is also poor. Update to 4 days later and three different emails I Finally got a response back just to be told I should take my review down if I want a refund, which is so unprofessional, and then offered me to fix my brows if I take it down. I ask for a clean up, but sometimes my brows are a little thinner than I would like. Also, Jyoti is a little rough since the thread she used broke multiple times during the service and I've noticed small scabs around my brows a couple days later. My brows aren't cute. I came in for a shaping, that's not so bad. But while I was there I asked for a tint. I said please don't make them black. I'm blonde. They just need a little blend for my very blonde hairs to match the rest of the brow. Very natural result was promised. They're freaking BLACK. Mortified. And I've scrubbed them. Came to this place today for the first time. What brought me here was my lady who I loved was not keeping consistant hours and it was frustrating showing up and the door was locked and the hours of operation states it's open. So that brought me to My Perfect Brows. I was met by one of the techs by the name of Judy. She was very nice. The place was clean but they don't wipe down the chairs and the tables so that was a bit gross. As for the shape, she did an awesome job. I was very happy with Judy's threading capabilities and I would return. Pricing has changed from what I see in the comments. Few yelpers wrote it is 9.00 however, I was charged 11.00 at the Los Angeles location. Rewards system goes as follows- Each time you go, you get 11 points until you reach 150 and then you get comped. As the yelpers wrote below, parking is free and really easy. I especially like that you can just walk in. The music is soothing and I love that they use Rose Water after they thread. Leaves a soothing and relaxed feeling. The only reason I took 1 star off is that the station could have been cleaner. Other than that, I had a nice experience. read more

Just no. Eyelash lift is not worth it at all. They used products that smelled really bad- either expired or just low quality. Smelled like sulfur and burned my eyes. I've had a lash lift before and it was not painful, this was painful. And I can barely tell the difference.. would see more of a difference with regular mascara.. Also, the woman doing my lashes was eating right behind me as the product was setting in so I could hear the noises of her eating while I was trying to relax. GROSS. And unprofessional. I was helped by Heena! She did such a great job! She has a good eye for detail and consulted with me a couple of times before she plucked additional hair. She noticed that one eyebrow had less than the other so she asked me if I was willing to keep some additional hair to let that brow grow and match the other brow. Updating my review for their services during COVID-19, which are still amazing! My Perfect Brows simply does not disappoint. All of the ladies there do an amazing job and I'm always so impressed with the results. They are also taking every precaution when it comes to COVID-19. All employees are wearing masks. They take your temperature when you walk in, and there is a plexiglass divider between you and the front desk. They have ample hand sanitizer, a hand washing station, and even separating "clean pens" and a "used pens"...seriously, they think of everything! They are also limiting customers within the shop to one customer at a time. They also had an outdoor setup as well. I felt super safe at all times and I appreciate the care they took so much! You also can't beat the price point ($11) and free parking within the attached garage. Highly recommend My Perfect Brows to all! read more
