Quality: The current staff do a good job, but the mother and daughter that used to be here were much better. The staff now aren't as warm and friendly, but they get the job done. The staff member who did my eyebrows in my most recent visit seemed to have the sniffles; for a job where your face is so close to customers' and where you also need to come into close contact with them, I don't think it's good to have staff come to work if they're sick. Vibe: Place is small and there's often a short wait because this is a popular place. They have about four seats but only two people working at once. Place is generally kept clean. Most of the ladies here thread according to what they think will look good on you instead of what you actually want. For example, when I ask for thinner brows, they keep leaving them thicker. But, there is 1 older lady in the place that comes on Mondays that I've noticed actually knows how to shape brows according to what the customer wants. Eyebrow shaping aside, I have very thick hair and what I've noticed that compared to other places, they're reallyy good at threading and pulling all of the hairs out of the root and making the brows look very clean and pretty. They're also excellent and precise at threading other facial hair.
