She questioned me about my likes and dislikes, and especially about size and color. She is so adorable, and while she worked, we chatted like old friends. I have jet black hair, and very pale skin, and light eyes. I requested a dark brow, and Kristian mixed up a potion just for me. It's inside of a building with other businesses so you may not recognize it from the street. I'm disappointed with the way they treat people. I had an appointment schedule for Monday. Unfortunately, I didn't show up due to two hurricanes in the gulf! Clearly, I decided to leave the city with my family. After calling several times to try to cancel and reschedule and never getting anymore, they took my money for not showing up and was not willing to give it back or put the money towards a future appointment. I have a business too and lost hundreds of dollars giving people their money back so they can safely leave the city.
