I spoke with her on the phone and told her the venue was 1-1.5 hours away and asked if that would be okay and she said yes. I sent her the address as well that same day, one month before he event. She didn't bother to check until the day of the event one hour after she was supposed to have been there. She called and said that she could not come because of how far it was. When I questioned her about the information being provided one month ago she just said that she didn't check. We had also confirmed a few days before the wedding as well. She then offered to leave then which would have had her arrive 3 hours after scheduled or come the next day the day of the wedding which wouldn't work for us. Very unprofessional and unapologetic. If she had told me when I originally contacted her I could have found someone else however since it was after she was supposed to have started her services I was left with no options and I was unable to have henna for my wedding. Marcella did an amazing job the shape is incredible. She took her time and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My brows grew back about 40% white so she did a henna tint to make them more noticeable. The color is great. Even my husband (who was as nervous as I was) loves the look.
