She then notified me that CrowdSavings sold the coupons without her permission and she would not honor it even though I had paid and been charged for the service. I asked why I was just being notified now. She said she had only recently discovered my coupon purchase (although my reservation had been booked weeks out) and said in a very unconcerned way that maybe I could get my money back from CrowdSavings but she could only provide a bikini wax for her regular fee.
