I decided to give them another chance and it is even worse than the first time. Multiple nails aren't glued down properly. On the sides my real nail is exposed. The bottom of the nails weren't blended at all so that's why they look lifted at the base. Just overall poor work. No attention to detail whatsoever and sloppy work. I will not be returning.
