I have been seeing Sabina for a couple years now, and she always does a great job. I do Brazilian and legs for waxing and eyebrows for threading. She works efficiently and usually gets me out in 30 min. She is also a lovely person who always does her best to accommodate me when it comes to scheduling appointments. It's been a tough journey trying to find a reliable threading salon in Boston. Sad to say I didn't find one today. I was not happy when I got up from the chair to see my left eye lid cut from threading. There was no hair in that area in the first place. I was very disappointed in this salon. Do not go here, nor use the Groupon for their service. The person even over cut my right brow and created a nip in between my arch, now it looks like I have a gap in my hair. Love coming here! Both ladies do my brows so well - just the way I like and I don't even have to ask! The process is DEFINITELY not as painful as people claim threading would be. The picture is my brows after about a week of them being threaded, and I don't even pluck in between visits! I find that going about once a month is best, and I normally don't do anything to my brows in between. After they moved to Summer street, their prices raised. Personally, I don't think it's worth the new price because as a student it's not very practical for me to be spending that monthly. The woman who threaded my eyebrows (Sabina?) was so gentle and precise. She was also a pleasure to talk to and very friendly :) I was nervous that she might end up threading them too thin, but they turned out even better than I would have imagined. I went in to get my eyebrows done, and came out with them done for. They are two different shapes - one is arched and the other is rounded. Naturally, my eyebrows are far from being identical. But I found someone who threaded eyebrows well, and over the last two years, she actually made my brows look like sisters and I was ever so grateful for her. And then I had to move to Boston, and went into Infinity because of the good reviews. The moment I looked in the mirror after Sabina was done, my heart sank. Two years worth of patience went completely down the drain. What actually made me angry though, was that the she had the audacity to tell me that both of my eyebrows are the same. I know my eyebrows, I see them everyday and I damn well know how it got to where it was before I set foot in Infinity. And she charged $18 for it, which was outrageous in my opinion (I checked - the average price for eyebrow threading in Boston is $12). Had she not epically screwed them up, I wouldn't have given a damn about how much it was. My experience at Infinity was a waste of my time, energy and money. I will never step into this place again. If you have naturally perfect eyebrows, you may have a better experience here. If you don't - you have been warned. read more

I went in to get a brow henna done, and this was not the place to do it. It went on so dark and thick I had to go home and scrub it off, I had to put a hat on to go outside. She did not do my brows like other professionals have. People getting threading done seemed very happy but I would stay away from a brow henna here. read more

I first came here because of a Groupon but have been a loyal customer since. This place never fails to have me walking out with amazing eyebrows. I've had to come here a few times to have them fix my eyebrows from somewhere else that messed it up. I wish they were closer to me but if I'm ever in the area, I always make sure to stop by. Love Sabina! She does my eyebrows so well and she introduced me to tinting (which has been a thing for a while) but I never realized how badly I needed it. Sweet person always asks if I want aloe! It's really not clear and she never says it either but she doesn't work Mondays and some sundays so it's a pain to come all the way there and realize that she isn't there. This should be more clear and known.! The other thing is you need to have cash if you're doing just eyebrows which is a pain. Last time she let me venmo her which is cool too! read more

Not so happy with my brazillian wax. I dont know if it was because I had a groupon or that this is how she waxes all the time but I had growth immediately the day after as if I had shaved! She did not seem to be careful at all about the direction of hair growth in the bikini area and I think honestly her final work was a mess. The purpose of a groupon is to attract customers, not to repel them. Just because a customer has received your service at a discount does not mean the quality of the work should be lacking! I have never got a brazilian wax that lasted so short! Literally a day to two days after, I had growth as if I had shaved instead of getting a wax treatment. Not goong back. read more

??? Confused why this place has such a high rating. I came here after reading yelp reviews and also found out about the Groupon. I feel like the lady in charge maybe treated me differently because I told her I had this groupon beforehand. I mean if you really don't like it that much then maybe don't advertise your business like that? Lol. Anyways, they use soft wax for Brazilians and she was on the phone the whole. Time. She asked me if it was okay and it is my fault for telling her it's no problem but if she's really gonna gossip with someone during an appointment and not even try to make her client comfortable it's just so weird to me. Like talking on the phone about how someone got "fat" while I'm having a painful experience was kind of upsetting. I thought maybe the wax could redeem this place but wow this is one of the worst waxes I've had. The wax was definitely too hot but how can I even say anything when she is on the phone? It's been around 8 hours and it still burns a bit around the area, which has never happened to me before, and it's not that clean. She was super rude about the whole Groupon thing and kept asking me if I want to make another appointment... This is 100% the best waxing AND threading place I have ever been to. I first came here months ago for a brazilian and full leg wax and Sabina not only gave me the best wax I have ever gotten, but was the most caring and nice person.
