When I came in, I wasn't looking around for where to go next. They made sure I felt greeted and they took my information quickly. I was able to complete a lot of my forms online; therefore, I only had one form to complete in person. This saved a lot of time. When I was called by the nurse to see Dr. Adam Martin, I was greeted by Jasmin, Dr. Martin's nurse. She was a shining beacon and so very nice. She was positive and had a great attitude. She made me smile immediately. She listened to my concerns and made me feel really comfortable. She answered all of my questions and took notes to provide to Dr. Martin. I had a small procedure done and she assisted Dr. Martin with such professionalism and foresight. She expedited the process and made the procedure quick and easy. Dr. Adam Martin is amazing. He addressed my concerns from a place of knowledge and offered so much insight and information. He diagnosed my condition, immediately called in prescriptions, wrote down instructions in a way that was easy to understand. His bedside manner is superior and he made me feel at ease. He did a small procedure and talked to me like a person. This approach made me forget what was being done and over in a flash. He is simply amazing. 10 out of 10 would HIGHLY recommend.
