First the room I received my facial didn't have a curtain it was open which made it hard to relax and wind down because I could hear people moving throughout the spa and talking. A lot of talking. Not obnoxiously just more than I'd care to hear since I came to relax. Lastly. The music choices could also be a bit more relaxing like calming/soothing instrumentals rather than music with lyrics. Overall I'd visit again but some changes could make this a much better experience.

I probably should have done a bit more research about LHR and looked at procedure specific reviews for Revee. The Revee aesthetician who treated me assured me LHR would remove most of my upper lip hair. I bought a 6 treatment package and paid for 2 more. The hair initially disappeared gradually as expected. However within a month I saw hair growth. 6 months and $1000 later, almost all my hair grew back. I guess I'll return to waxing..

I created an appointment, however, I unfortunately chose a "gel manicure" instead of the correct "acrylic-full set" that I usually get. Definitely a mistake on my end, however, the nail technician was able to explain to me the error in my booking and how she does not work with acrylic. I instead opted to have my daughter get her nails and toes done. The process was very easy and Vladlena made sure that she was comfortable, however, by the time I got in the car my daughters toe-nail polish was coming off and by the time I got home she only had polish on 4/10 fingers which was a huge disappointment due to the fact that my daughter was very excited to get them done. Moving forward, I really hope this issue can be rectified.
