She forced me to repeat myself multiple times and essentially made me yell out the specific medication I needed in a public space, which felt like a massive violation of my privacy. Even after I went and sat down to speak directly with the original pharmacist to sort out the issue, Gaby continued trying to shout things or talk over to me across the room. The pharmacist's excellent customer service AFTER HER was completely overshadowed by Gaby's unprofessionalism and total lack of discretion. I hope management addresses her behavior. I headed up towards rite aid and was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Lol heck, a random employee that was moping up something on the floor, greeted me and walked me over to where they were handing out the face masks out. When Rite Aid closed all our prescriptions were sent to this CVS…read more we were disappointed because this store is much further away for my 94 year old mother-in-law, and apparently they became much busier due to the influx of new prescriptions from their previous competitor. The first prescription picked up was in a pill bottle not only child proof, but also elderly proof. I called them and went through all the hoops to reach a live person to ask if they could make note in her records that she needs the alternate prescription bottle that allows her access to her medication and was assured that this was possible and they had updated her records for the future. My Mother-in-law couldn't take her medication again because her refill is impenetrable for her when they refill. It's sad
