He was happier than a kid in a candy store. We continued to walk around the store looking at the great selection of things the venders have there. We continued downstairs and they had even more downstairs! The lady at the front counter was so nice she had called the vendor for the Sunday cups because there wasn't a price on them so we could buy them and then proceeded to tell us that she would give us the plates at a discount because she wanted to get rid of it and was happy it was going to someone who enjoyed it so much. Everything was priced at a decent price and the service there was spectacular! I would definitely recommend if you like antiques at a good price and great customer service. When I asked if their system accepts discover and other cards, Kimberly, the employee, exclaimed "Our system accepts them yes. We just don't take them." The majority of people I see thrifting nowadays are older individuals (70+) and college students. Being a student myself and being too young to apply for a non-student credit card such as the options in discovers program, being met with this response was disappointing and tedious. When I told Kimberly that thrifts had accepted my discover card prior to this interaction with her, she stated how those employees were just "new" and needed to be taught to only accept the two cards mentioned despite their system's ability to take any card. I don't think I'll be coming back again because of how negative this experience was.

Lucky for me I took a drive and happened upon this gem of an antique store. The vast barn is filled to the brim with vintage merchandise from decades bygone if not centuries! You could spend hours rummaging through every nook and cranny, certainly reminiscent of my childhood. Phones, clocks, jewelry, lamps, rugs, furniture, clothing at garage sale prices, they just took the garage sale hunting to one convenient location! They have recent items as well, hand made soaps, candy shop, juices, jellies, omish made products as well. This is an antiquarian's paradise in a Pandora's Barn of treasure's! All the employee's and I believe owners on premises were friendly and inviting. I can't wait to return to find more treasures and take a nostalgic walk down memory lane.

In the old days of real retail, the store manager was on the floor meet greet and direct not here. Sadly I will take my money elsewhere.
