However, I also had one blazer that I purchased at an online tailor company that came out very wonky in the shoulders. Thane was able to perform surgery on it and perfectly fix the issues. He got everything done on a tight timeframe too, and put in extra work to get it all exact. Beyond that, he was a pleasure to chat with and very professional. The whole project came to a little over $1000, which I think was reasonable given the quantity and quality of work done. I especially don't think anyone else could have fixed the shoulders on that one blazer, so it effectively saved me the value of losing out on an entire suit jacket.

They carry a wide range of quality men's clothing from socks to sweaters to suits to shoes, etc. The diversity of the stock would appeal to a variety of ages. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable but gentle in his approach to sales. We will make the trip from Kingston to The Red Shark in the future based on the quality of the stock and the highly personable service.

I thought that at an outlet store, things would be more affordable, but if I bought my stuff here it'd be renamed "Broke Brothers." The products and service are both top-notch though, and I suppose if you're used to paying full price for their stuff, you might save some money here. Nothing else in the mall had anything, but luckily a couple of staff in other stores pointed us here. Right away we could see they carry the type of merchandise we were looking for. They didn't have one other than NY City, but no matter, because the staff recommended having one custom made. It did not disappoint! The designer walked us through the base keychains, and then suggested having it cut in the shape of NY state, with the name of whatever place she wanted put on. I liked her suggestion of the little star as well. She was so careful and precise in doing the work. It meant a bit of time while she made 100% sure that it would be executed perfectly, but it was so worth it. The $6 odd dollars was beyond a good deal for the item. The amount of craftsmanship put into it, and the perfect result, made me feel like I should have left a tip. There are all kinds of items to be customized or bought as is here. The service is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. It'd be a great place to get customized gifts for anyone. We may not be back soon, but we're glad we came in.
