This is one of my favorite locations. The staff is always friendly and entertaining (pretty funny). We have the monthly membership which allows me to wash our truck whenever needed. So we stop by quite often. They have pretty reasonable prices and packages to choose from. I personally love the bear that appears in the car wash screen at the entrance. Makes me feel as if I'm in an amusement park ride. The staff is always ready to direct you into the wash and lets you know about their policies. The wash soap always smells good. I love getting a wet rag so I can dust inside while going through the wash. I also love receiving the air fresheners, they smell great. You can also park and towel dry your vehicle or vacuum. There's wet and dry rags available, everything always looks clean and tidy. The Chevron gas station is also at this location. Makes it a great quick stop for a snack, drink or gas. read more

Came here because my dealerships car wash was down (supposedly) so they gave me a few brown bear car wash tickets. I'm specific about my car so I either hand wash it myself or get it detailed. But a soft cloth car wash couldn't hurt right? Right. So I hand him my coupon and he asks me if I want to upgrade to "The Best". That's their most expensive wash. I said sure why not. It would be $6 with the coupon. This gentlemen was quite kind might I add! I'm sitting in line waiting and I see two girls at the entrance of the wash with brushes. They're brushing certain cars prior to going into the wash. So I'm thinking okay cool. I got the most expensive wash so mine should come with that..... But it didn't. No pre-brush nothing. Just 2 girls standing talking to each other fairly loud may I add. The car wash was the equivalent to elephant car washes basic wash...minus the pre brush of course. read more

Now, I haven't washed my car in 6+ months... whoo, that's dirty! I have been too lazy to hand wash and it's been rainy and cold anyways so I put it off. My sister warned me that common car washes from Gas stations are not that great in washing and I just looked up Brown Bear because I went once with my friend and it wasn't too shabby. Knowing that my car has piled up dirt after dirt, I knew the "$5 Bear Essentials" would do the bare minimum in cleaning. It was still decent, I would not mind staying with the minimum cost in wash. As I write this review, my sister actually just got the "$8 Beary Good" and it has tri-color polish which is fun to watch. This place also in the beginning will scrub a couple spots they see fit, needing the extra "scrub". Mine had some weird tomato sauce or something splattered on my driver's side... and did not clean it off for a couple weeks.. they noticed and scrubbed some off. read more

Updating review. Customer Services reached out almost immediately and offered a coupon for another wash. I was also unaware of their policy that you can go through again if the car wasn't cleaned the first time. I will say that I've been through other washes with similar dirt and bird droppings, and only had to go through once. But aside from the hassle of having to go through multiple times, at least they do let you go through until the car is clean. read more

When you go to a Brown Bear, you know what to expect. You tell the nice folks what you want, they make a soap-crayon mark on your windshield, they soap up your windows and off you go through the machine. Things that make this one stand out for me are: 1. My child is terrified of the car wash. We have to hold hands through the car wash. Or I should say, my child was terrified of car washes. They showed him the friendly bear logo on an air freshener and let him hold it and offered, if he survived the car wash, to give him another. I would have never thought of this bribing technique - what little kid wants an air freshener? Mine, I guess. 2. The parking lot is more reasonably laid out than most Brown Bear car washes I've been to - the car wash starts on the back left side of the lot and ends on the back right side - you drive through without having to hassle folks pumping gas or on the roadway. It's always a little busy, so be prepared to wait behind a car or two. I always get the basic because I don't need anything but to get the tree sap off of my car. Don't forget to save your receipts for a free wash, I never seem to remember to. read more

This car wash keeps vehicles dirty.. and by that, I mean that my car has more mildew on it when I leave than when I arrived.

I did not receive my $10.00 Change from the machine after paying for my car wash. I told the attendant, who got her manager. After quizzing me about whether I looked in the tray, the manager started to walk toward the machine. I stopped him, telling him I was not moving until I got my money. He angrily told me that I was not going to hold up his line; that he would figure out what happened to my money after I go through the wash. I replied, "excuse me!" I told him to just give me my $20.00 and I would leave. He, with an extreme attitude said okay and moved the sign that blocked my exit and handed me my $20. I do not appreciate rude customer "lack of service" and Will not spend another dime at the establishment. read more

Molly, I just saw your response to my review today. I'm not sure how you want me to "DM" you through Yelp. There is no way to contact you that I can see. I simply stated my experience that I'm not happy as each time I've used your service, my license plate holder is torn from the front of my car. It looks tacky. I haven't had this issue at any other car wash I've used in the past. The dealership gives these coupons when you get your car serviced. I think I may decline the next one. read more

Went to this location the other day, been here many times. This visit was very disappointing to say the least. The complete back hatch on 4Runner looks like a 3yr old washed it blindfolded. The side windows look like crap, wheels looks like crap. That was on the mid grade wash selection. So be ware of your brown bear adventure! read more
