The price was very reasonable for the work they did, he was not the cheapest nor the most expensive. What sold me was Efrain's responsiveness. I left a message and his call back was within hours. We made an appointment, I was greeted promptly and he even gave me a lift home when I dropped off my car (I was going to Uber). The work took longer than anticipated because my car was in rough shape after sitting outside for years. However, he called me first and asked if they could keep it a bit longer and I agreed. No extra charge! I have never seen my car look so good! I honestly didn't realize my headlights and / or engine could look that awesome; totally blew me away. I go…read moreto this location because they employ folks to vacuum and polish the car after it is washed. I don't have a place or the materials to do that. The real star today at this car wash was Will. I doubt he would be able to be as thorough on a day when volume is high but today no one was in front of me or behind me and he "detailed" my car to a fare the well. He was thorough, competent, cheerful and patient. The Pink Dolphin has a real find in Will. I recommend the car just for his work. He could have done the job without the attention to detail but he was thorough and meticulous. I had the sense he was proud of his work. I loved it. Even the wait was worth it when my car was returned to me clean, shiny and thoroughly vacuumed and polished. Thank you Will
