Spoke to the owner, worked with a manager. If you need a general cleaning, they do fine work. The parts of the car that weren't really dirty look good. I took my car in because the dogs had tracked mud or something on the backseat. I specifically told them that was what I wanted worked on. If they did the rest, whatever, but I wanted those spots gone. 2 hours and $300 later, you can still see some of the spots. Couldn't tell until the fabric dried. The main reason for the ratin is that they threw away personal items they deemed "trash". Didn't ask, even though I was sitting in the lobby. Just threw away multiple items and didn't return others to my vehicle. The items weren't expensive or difficult to replace, but it is a lack of respect for someone else's property, especially when they are paying you for a service. I had to go back and make them look around the work area for what was missing. Still didn't get everything back. The owner apologized "for the inconvenience". Also, if you still decide to give this place your business: Make an appointment and do drop off. Don't wait. They don't have a comfortable waiting room.

If you have ever bought a used car from a so-called dealership a.k.a. slimy sales people and you realize all of the corners that they have cut to make this car look amazing That's exactly what this company does. They advertise that they shampoo carpets that they will clean the rims that they will make your car look new (you can look at their list) maybe I needed to tell them line by line what I wanted but when I say FULL DETAIL IN AND OUT you'd think it meant make it "like new" as they said. But the reality is after driving my car for a couple of days I noticed that there were a lot of corners cut. Under my seats were not vacuumed my rims are absolutely dirty. When I brought the car to them don't give me wrong it was pretty dirty I had bought it from a friend and it needed some love and I was just wowed with the difference but at the $300 plus mark you would think that it would come with the shampooing and then they would vacuum under the seats and they would literally get in the cracks and crevices and polish/clean the rims. Sadly, this is not what happened, the guys that work there are very personable, very friendly, very welcoming but not very detail oriented. I am going to have my car re-detailed I don't want to go back to them a 3rd time. I called other detail shops and for that dollar point they say a full details automatically comes w shampooing carpets and cleaning headliners. Some even offer an ozone treatment. I did bring it back cause the outside was still super dirty and my windows were not cleaned. But I had not spent much time inside to even bring much to their attention. My suggestion: don't waste your money. I hate leaving terrible reviews but I feel I just tossed 300$+ at a carwash that wiped down the inside and washed the outside. ALSO, THEY MAKE YOU PAY FIRST.

Where they stand out is there vacuums most places don't have enough suction to pick up dirt and small rocks but this place have great vacuums and multiple tips for different applications. They even offered towels to wipe down your car. Great value for your buck. Will definitely come back. I would have given 5 stars but that's reserve for a place where the wash shows no missed spots. This maybe unobtainable for a car wash but I'm sure I'll find one. This place is going to be hard to beat.

First of all I like that it isn't super busy and that access is pretty easy to get in and out of. What I do not like is that: They do not have have warm water. The soap in the wand is hit or miss. The token costs seem to frequently change. There is always something needing to be repaired like on this visit: The first bay I pulled into (the bay closest to the automatic carwash bay) had no pressure in the hose. It had a large leak at the upper hose connection and as a result it rained on me the whole time I I was washing my car. The second bay I used which was one over had a huge crack in the hose from weather checking. The results of that were that it gave me an unwanted high pressure shower as I washed my car off. If all the above problems (which are easy to fix) we're fixed I'd give this spot a 5 star rating.
