Where they stand out is there vacuums most places don't have enough suction to pick up dirt and small rocks but this place have great vacuums and multiple tips for different applications. They even offered towels to wipe down your car. Great value for your buck. Will definitely come back. I would have given 5 stars but that's reserve for a place where the wash shows no missed spots. This maybe unobtainable for a car wash but I'm sure I'll find one. This place is going to be hard to beat.

Four times I have been told or expected to believe it would be corrected. And four times, the problem has continued. At this point, I am done. I am closing the card they keep charging because they will not stop taking money they are not supposed to be taking. Big mistake. I live less than a mile away but only used this location once after discovering they also use that conveyor belt! The brushes only clean half your wheels because the wheels don't roll. So right before I posted this review I called the Lakewood location and found they still have the roller track system, so your wheels actually turn during the wash! So I'm not going to cancel my unlimited wash plan, I'm just going to drive to Bridgeport Way now. I spent good money on my wheels, so I want them all the way clean.

Instead of keeping the line moving, staff let the queue stack up behind me while they tried to 'sort it out' at the mouth of the wash. Better way to handle this: 1. Send the car through and resolve the billing/membership issue once they pull out of the tunnel. 2. Or, at the very least, communicate with the drivers waiting in line so we aren't sitting there wondering why the tunnel is empty. It was a massive inconvenience to everyone in line for something that could have been handled on the back end.

The other half is basically the machine not knowing whether to count your dollar token as 25 cents or the whole dollar. Then the crates are not steady and your foot falls through them if you aren't watching your step on them. The time limit they give you for each dollar you put in is pathetic. They do not provide warm water like many other washes. Lastly, they have a change dispenser "room" that they lock up randomly. Thankfully I just barely got my car rinsed off without needing to dispense more tokens. Nobody came to say, "hey, I'm locking this up so if you need tokens" or anything. I would give this place 0 stars if Yelp let me.
