This was a review I submitted last fall... "In the past I have always ordered small orders, giving very vague instructions and was overall a bit of a pain in the tush customer, having said that... Brown Bear still turned every single one of those orders into a product that was well liked by all and a wonderful customer service experience for myself, that very well could have been (wouldn't have blamed them) a less than stellar one. Last Friday our club submitted a RUSH shirt order for 164 pieces, varying in sizes from Youth  - Adults XXL, with a simple design... on a dri fit blend shirt which takes extra time to arrive to BBP to begin production. Remember, this order was placed RUSH as in today that I needed to be able to pick it up!!!  Last night I received notification that the shirts had arrived to begin production and that the proof needed to be accepted. I was unable to respond until hours later, not giving BBP any room for error! I was told they would be ready for pick up at 3:00 p.m. today...  You know what?!? 2:56 p.m. I received an e-mail that the order was ready for pick up!!!  The order was PERFECT and Our shirts were able to make their debut tonight at our Homecoming Game.  Brown Bear Printing... I love this mid-size family shop. We are always created with a smile and good energy upon entering the store. The staff are acknowledgeable and friendly. They exude positive energy. We have done easily over $3k of business with Darcell and Andrew (owners) over the last few years and are never disappointed. No person or business is perfect but they strive to do their best to make things right given the chance. We have ordered team t-shirts, sweatshirt's, hoodies and hats.
