First, let me start by saying I've been here two times, Ms Donna's level of customer service is above and beyond. She's courteous, down to earth, a great listener and she's very hands on with her appointments which I appreciate. My first visit I enjoyed, I could have used a bit more pressure, but nonetheless, I still enjoyed it. My first massage therapist was a lovely woman, so sorry but I can't remember her name. Though I was still wanting to be massaged with a bit more firmness, I was impressed by the service that I received. My last visit was for my birthday in July. My massage therapist's name that visit was Andrea. Andrea was polite, professional and amazing at what she does. I explained to her that I perform physical work, and the areas I wanted the most attention and pressure on. This amazing woman worked me over I tell you!!! I did request a deep tissue, and that's exactly what she gave me. From head to toe, she applied deep tissue massage in true fashion. After my massage, I was so impressed, that I scheduled my Husband an appointment for exactly two weeks later. I was a bit sore after my massage, but that is to be expected with a true to form deep tissue massage. Even right now as I'm typing this my traps and my back are much more loose and relaxed. I was blown away by the outstanding, top notch service that I received on both of my visit.
